A very cool and unique fidget
These are probably the most high quality and over engineered (in a good way) fidget toys I've ever used. They are really hefty and are still holding up after over 6 months of use. They are also loud, but I personally like it but it might be jarring to others.

Nice quality and finish, but very loud
I have a love-hate relationship with this fidget slider. I wanted to give it 5 stars, and I wanted to give it 2 stars. I settled on 4 stars for the following reasons: (1) Quality - It's really very nice quality in terms of the plates. They are thick, heavy, and solidly crafted with smooth finished edges. I got the Silver AA which, thankfully, isn't a "bright" silver. It looks more refined. There is a finish around the magnets that does wear down but honestly that's to be expected considering the pieces are rubbing against each other. The magnets seem to be firmly in place and show no looseness. I was looking for a one-handed fidget toy. (2) Ease of use - At first, this was impossible for me to open one handed. I almost returned it. However, as I kept fidgeting with it, eventually it loosened up quite a bit and now I can easily open and close it one handedly, even in my pocket, and most of the time I can open it just by sliding the front and back plates apart (i.e., not having to use the sides to force it opened). (3) Loudness - My first complaint is the sound of the click: It is REALLY loud! Now, I love a click to my fidget devices. This one, however, is way louder than a click. It's more of a clank, and the frequency of the clank can sometimes be uncomfortable on my ear. (4) Magnetic bleed - My second complaint is with the magnetic field. There seems to be little or no blocking of the magnetic field from the back-side of the magnets (the plates front sides). This means it attracts anything of appropriate metal types and could destroy anything that is magnetically engineered such as a hotel or work magstripe key card or any other item that contains magnetically encoded data. This is certainly something to keep in mind when putting it in your pocket or bag: be careful what you put in there with it. Overall, for keeping on the desk or table, it does have a very satisfying click. I'm glad to have it. Even with the magnetic field, I'd still probably buy it again. Would I buy it again knowing how loud it is, though? Doubtful.

Love it
I've had it for about a week, and I love it. It is a bit tricky and hard to move at first, but once you play with it a bit, it loosens up. I haven't had any issues with the magnets yet, but I'll update if that changes. It is very noisy, which I like at home, but my coworkers did not appreciate. I figured out if you put a thin piece of cloth in between the pieces, it "mutes" it. I used a corner of a t-shirt rag from work, but a bandana or one of those microfiber cloths for cleaning glasses would work too.

Great little clone
I was looking for a small, cool looking fidget and came across the original version of this. Not wanting to pay what the aftermarket commands for these, I started hunting for clones. There are a bunch of these here and on other platforms but they all look like theyโre coming out of the same factory so I chose one with reasonable reviews that included physical dimensions of the thing. I just got this in today and was pleasantly surprised by the size, weight and โcraftsmanshipโ. It feels good in the hand, can click loudly or quietly depending on how itโs fussed with and looks cool, ticks all the boxes for me. Other reviews have mentioned magnets falling out or the screw backing out but mine havenโt done that and this one doesnโt seem to be held together with anything but magnets itself, so thereโs no real concern there. If I had any complaints it would be that the sliding action feels just a little gritty but this thing was all of $9 so ยฏ\_(ใ)_/ยฏ

Not for me.
I feel like I'm pretty good with my hands. This takes some concentration to fidget with. The pivot point is not magnetic, so it comes apart pretty easy. Too smooth to open with friction from my fingers, so I have to pry it apart on the edges. The opening noise is a little more of a metal-on-metal rubbing sound. The closing noise sounds okay. It is stainless steel. That's the reason for 3 stars.

Slide this way and that way.
Itโs a cool little fidget card โ a fun way to distract the mind and keep busy. The design is simple but effective for stress relief and focus. I hope they make a version with multiple cards for even more variety and entertainment. Definitely a great little distraction!

Discrete fidget
I ordered this as a gift for my partner who wanted a discrete fidget. It fits well into the palm of your hand and is discrete, but the magnets itself are very strong and a bit loud. If you like your fidget to have some friction and don't mind the noise, it's great!
