I'm over 40 now and don't really need the super mega extreme pre workouts that make you want to jump out your car window while driving to the gym (don't be me wrong I love those but my body can't handle that any more...). So i searched for another good quality pre workout and this is it. It mixes really well, the flavor is mild but good and the price is right. I still get just a little bit of tingling in my lips and body but very little. it's also pretty easy on your GI for anyone that can get GI issues with other pre workouts. Overall a great pre-workout when you no longer need the highest levels intensity but still want something high quality and clean.
