Namsan screen door returned due to size
There’s no problem with the item except that it doesn’t fit into the screen door. That’s why I returned it.

Good quality pet door.
Door is exactly as shown in pictures. It was easy to install and feels sturdy. Swings easily when my dog needs to exit to potty and closes magnetically.

Usefull product, but the swinging door may frighten cat. Attaching frame is a little tricky..
The media could not be loaded. Took the screen door off and laid it flat with cardboard under it to add support. It would be hard to install the frame on both sides of the screen with the door in place. It's really a two-person job. The frame pieces doesn't snap together very tightly, especially at the magnet area. After positioning the two frame pieces on either side of your screen, be sure to secure a corner with the screw first and then work your way around, or it won't stay aligned as you try to line-up the front and back of the two frame pieces. The screws and nuts are very tiny so you need a really small screwdriver. After installing the frame, I did not cut out the screen in the center. Instead, I carefully cut the screen along the bottom and two sides with an exacto knife, but I left the screen attached at the top so it is hanging down. I did this to let the cats get used to going through the screen before adding the black plastic swinging door. I have not snapped on the plastic door yet. It took the cats awhile to get used to it, even without the door attached. They were afraid at first, had to bribe them with treats to go in or out through it, but now they hesitate a little and then go through the screen flap. I think the plastic door will be too stiff and heavy for them to push through easily so they will be scared and it might close on their tail as they go through, and it will block a lot of their vision of what's on the other side which will make them uneasy about going through. I wish the "paw window" was just a larger square widow they could see through more easily. I also saw another review that showed a cat got a sore on it's nose pushing through the door, and now I can see how that would happen since the door is not smooth and soft, but kind of rough and heavy. I think it would work better for a dog. Also the little pegs on the black swinging door are just plastic and seem like they could break off eventually. However, I love being able to keep the sliding glass door open and letting the cats come and go as they please, rather than constantly opening the door for them! So it is a good product for that purpose. And it seems pretty sturdy.

Perfect for my chunky cats!
My 20 pd, 19 pd, and 13 pd babies use this window pet door easily. It was extremely easy to install and exactly what I needed. The lock feature and strength of the magnet works very well. It fit the window perfectly for my needs. The opening makes it comfortable for entrance and exit for my babies to/from their catio. We love it!

Great Doggy Door
Great doggy door! Highly recommend. Easy to install, works great, cute and durable for my two dogs. They both will fly through it, if they hear or see something outside. I do have smaller dogs 40 & 13 lbs. I did buy bigger than I thought I would need based off other reviews and glad I did.

Exactly as others stated--great door, needs hardware tweaking to make it perfect
Exactly as others stated in their reviews. The door is great and sturdy. But when you get it, throw out the packages of screws and nuts. I didn't even attempt to use them. They looked cheap and weren't long enough.Tip 1: Go down to Home Depot and purchase 3/4 inch #32 Stainless Machine Screws, washers (enough for two for each screw (one for head side and one for nut side), and nuts. Then use a 1/8 drill bit and re-drill the holes--this part should only take about 2 minutes. Then I attached the two sides as directed towards the bottom of the screen door, towards one side. Not all the way at the bottom or side--about 3-4 inches off of the side and bottom. Then use the hardware just purchased-- screw, two washers (one on each side), and the nut. Best to have two people, so that one person can use the screwdriver and the other can use pliers to hold the nut in place. Get it tight. Use every hole--interestingly enough, the screws provided would have resulted in not having each hole used. The tighter, the better it works.Second tip: Use a level. If not, the door likely won't seat and move properly.Third tip: After screwing together both sides of the frame and before putting the door in place, I used a razor blade knife to cut out the screen from the installed pet door. Then use a crafters X-acto knife to get the corners perfect and remove the screen material right up to the interior edges of the pet door. If you don't remove all the screen material, the door won't swing properly, and will get hung-up as the door tries to swing back to normal.I installed this on a patio screen door with the thicker pet resistant screening (also purchased from Amazon). If the manufacturer would just spend an extra dollar on better screw hardware, I would have given this 5 stars. That simple.
