Review: Robust and well made - This is a really useful item to use within the office and helps us keep items for posting neat, tidy and in good condition. The product is well made and robust. I would certainly recommend this product and this is actually the second one I have purchased because it has proven so useful.
Review: Better than some forms of similar functionality - As anyone who has ever been a typist or exec /personal assistant will know, these signature books are a mainstay of office life. Or at least they used to be when stuff was written on paper. It's a lovely piece of stationery and is very well made and has substantial card dividers and a lovely textured outside. If you take care of it (meaning don't throw it across the room) it should last about 70-100 years. Genuine vintage-esque great made in Germany (I think) solid vaguely mid-century stuff. Get it and dress up as a trashy secretary on weekends; it'll give you something to do.

**Q: Could this be divided in 12, ? labled used to organise hospital appointments, theatre tickets, the children's club letters to be used in later months.**
A: Not sure, it’s just got 12 cardboard dividers. You can use it as you wish. 

I used it to sign letters out secretary types. But now we digitally sign documents no longer needed. Good quality for price.

**Q: Are there holes on the cardboard pages inside?**
A: Yes there are.  Only 3 at the upper end but certainly enough to see that there is something inside or in between.  There is also some kind of index at the bottom to enable one to flick through the quite thick pages.  Hope that this helps.I also bought 6 of them so that I could separate the various categories.  I am an Estate Agent and deal with Sales, Lettings, Finance, Admin etc., etc.

**Q: why are there holes in the pages? If I am looking write fully on each page in the book will this still be possible? Want to use this for client notes.**
A: Hi, this item is a signature book, used to file papers requiring signatures. The holes are so the person signing can see if there are more papers to be signed. The paper is a blotting style paper designed to avoid smudging when signing with an in pen.
