The traditional seasoning can be used freely whenever you want the full pungent flavour of salted anchovies. Can be added to enliven the taste of many fish sauces or try it straight from the bottle with fired fish, with scrambled eggs on toast or on pizza.

Out of curiosity I bought a jar on clearance at a local British food store a number of years ago. I poured some over salmon, let it marinade a bit, and then fried it - I was hooked. I had been looking for it ever since and finally found it on line. There were only 10 bottles left so I bought all ten. I guess Geo Watkins doesn't make it any more because I didn't see it on their website. I'll give a few bottles away, but I am definitely keeping the majority. I haven't tried it yet, but a little in a Caesar dressing is probably dynamite.

Fantastically delicious!
I wish I discovered this sooner! It is absolute heaven! I add it to practically everything I cook. It adds a salty tang to every dish. It is better on rice than soy sauce.
