This mouth sore gel is easy to apply and provides fast, soothing relief from the discomfort of canker sores and minor oral irritations. I like that it’s benzocaine-free and alcohol-free, so it doesn’t have the strong burning sensation that some other products can cause.

Works fast and effectively- better than many other brands I’ve tried. Once opened however it loses effectiveness as time goes by… I usually use one tube for no longer than a month . If it’s needed again after that, I order a new one.

This gel is the only product besides glyoxide that heals my mouth and gum sores. The others just numb the pain and as soon as the benzocaine wears off my pain is still there. I use according to the directions and it heals my mouth and gum sores after using only a couple of times. I don't understand why Walmart or CVS don't stock it. I highly recommend it as it really gives me fast relief and HEALS unlike the others that just numb.

I’m not convinced it helps heal, but it does indeed stop the pain long enough to eat. Also, there is no weird numbing feeling. I will continue to purchase Canker-X

So I get canker sores when I eat spicy food, I always feel sick and once they open up they last at least a week and a half. I had them just start to open up on the 15th and received the product the 16th. I used it one time the first day and two days later I used it one more time and the sore are already closed back up. I’ve dealt with these for years and usually clove oil is my go to but after trying this product I can definitely say it works and works well.

Did absolutely nothing. Tried to apply in a variety of ways and also held my lip out to avoid contact with my mouth to make sure the gel dried - and it still did nothing. Provided zero relief, waste of money

My go to remedy. Whoa this WORKS GREAT! I have a fleet of treatments and something without the typical numbing agents, just all natural ingredients was the best for relief. The long applicator helped so much. No taste no sticky film. No transfer, super gentle but very effective!

It works! Calms the mouth of canker sores and heals quickly in less than a week. The taste is pleasant, not thick and gummy. I believe it is safe to use. I did not experience any unpleasantness.

All my flabbers are thoroughly ghasted at how fast this works!

It’s almost impossible to keep it in place because it keeps moving around and doesn’t stick properly. Unfortunately, it didn’t do anything for me, especially considering the price was pretty high. The only positive thing I can say is that it doesn’t burn when you put it on, but other than that, I didn’t notice any effect or improvement at all. I was really disappointed because I read so many good reviews before buying it, but it just didn’t work for me.
