Canker-X Mouth Sore Gel, Fast Pain Relief, Benzocaine-Free, 0.28 Fl Oz

This mouth sore gel is easy to apply and provides fast, soothing relief from the discomfort of canker sores and minor oral irritations. I like that it’s benzocaine-free and alcohol-free, so it doesn’t have the strong burning sensation that some other products can cause.

This gel is the only product besides glyoxide that heals my mouth and gum sores. The others just numb the pain and as soon as the benzocaine wears off my pain is still there. I use according to the directions and it heals my mouth and gum sores after using only a couple of times. I don't understand why Walmart or CVS don't stock it. I highly recommend it as it really gives me fast relief and HEALS unlike the others that just numb.

Order arrived withempty package : I contacted the custom service and they send me another one the next day. Very responsive. With a toddler having mouthsore / canker on his gum: very stressful,refusing food, crying all night : this is a life saver. I asked the PCP for some meds, but really nothing helps till this one. Applied 2x with q-tip while baby a sleep and the nextday its almost gone. Hightly recommend.

It’s sticky and effective. My three year old daughter was getting canker sores a lot and this really helped her. They were painful, but almost immediately after placing this, she said it felt much better. I don’t know what it tastes like, but the taste didn’t bother her. It is easy to apply with the long tip. Only downside is it is a bit expensive.

My go to remedy. Whoa this WORKS GREAT! I have a fleet of treatments and something without the typical numbing agents, just all natural ingredients was the best for relief. The long applicator helped so much. No taste no sticky film. No transfer, super gentle but very effective!

So I get canker sores when I eat spicy food, I always feel sick and once they open up they last at least a week and a half. I had them just start to open up on the 15th and received the product the 16th. I used it one time the first day and two days later I used it one more time and the sore are already closed back up. I’ve dealt with these for years and usually clove oil is my go to but after trying this product I can definitely say it works and works well.

No pain relief. Easy to apply sure, but not really effective. Consistency is light, but you have to wait an hour before you can eat or drink anything, which is annoying, cause usually you want to relieve the pain in order to eat. I bit my lip terribly, said it was good for those kinds of bites. Yeah no. 0 pain relief.

The best gel for canker sores especially for kids. My dentist recommends this gel too. I used hardly once or twice for my kid and the canker sores got better. The long nozzle easily reaches and it’s easy to apply. I highly recommend this gel.

Not bad for the price and hard to use on Cankers , like large cankers

It’s almost impossible to keep it in place because it keeps moving around and doesn’t stick properly. Unfortunately, it didn’t do anything for me, especially considering the price was pretty high. The only positive thing I can say is that it doesn’t burn when you put it on, but other than that, I didn’t notice any effect or improvement at all. I was really disappointed because I read so many good reviews before buying it, but it just didn’t work for me.
