I bought these blister cushions to deal with heel blisters caused by long periods of walking and wearing tighter shoes. I wanted something that could protect the area without adding bulk. First Impression: The packaging is simple and easy to open. The cushions themselves are thin, flexible, and nearly invisible once applied. They feel soft and slightly gel-like, which immediately made them more comfortable than regular bandages. Actual Use Experience: I’ve used these for several days, including full days of walking. They stick well to the skin and don’t shift around inside the shoe. The cushioning does a good job of reducing friction, and the hydrogel keeps the area comfortable instead of drying it out. Even after hours of wear, the patch stayed in place and didn’t peel off.

I used these on a 22-mile hike to relieve some discomfort, and while they did help the area feel better initially, they didn’t stay on as long as I’d hoped. They started coming off partway through. Not a bad product, just not quite durable enough for extended use. Might work better for shorter activities.

I purchased these because my heals kept creating blisters on the back on my heel where I could hardly walk. I bought these and it protected the blister that I already had so I could continue to wear my heals comfortably and after it healed I used these to prevent future blisters. These are amazing and if you have issues with shoes creating blisters you need these! They are also clear so no matter what your skin tone people cant tell you have these on!
