I tried these gel insoles and they make a huge difference! My feet feel cushioned and supported all day, even when I’m standing or walking for hours. Double check before cutting!!
Great insoles, but sizing all to pot. Followed the line for size 4 and they were too short

You need to to cut them on the guide markings for your size.
Review some comfy waterproof boots where the inner sole had become uncomfortable. Literally just cut them to your size and yes they work very well.

Too small and not comfortable
I brought for my size 5 sketchers for my long shifts at work and they were too small as my toes were over the edge. Not very comfortable didn’t support the arches of my feet and didn’t stick to the shoe so kept moving.
