I don't see why not. im really sensitive to everything but not this.

How precise is this pencil? Would you be able to draw a wing-tip line with this? Or would it be too broad/smudgy?

Hi it's a very fine tip so yes you would.

How does this pencil work? If you don't have to sharpen, is it a felt tip with liquid inside? Or does it automatically get pushed out? Or?

Just twists up from the base. It is like a very fine felt tip (don't know if it is felt) and seems to pick up liner on way up tube. I've used for ages and it is good and doesn't irritate my sensitive eyes. Removes easily too. No sharpening involved.
