Love it!!!! If you love chewy springy konjac this is awesome! I know people use the phrase "chewy like a rubber band" as a bad phrase but its pretty good like this! Not so chewy like octopus or squid but similar to tripe i guess lol

A friend sent me a package of these because he knows that I love "Interesting" foods. Well, these are a truly great mix of an interesting texture and a spicy / savory flavor and smell. Writing this review I'm reminded that I need to order more... I have found that although people like the taste, the texture is off-putting to some.

I've never had Konjac snacks before, but knowing the company, and loving the Kiss Burn Latiao snacks, I figured I give it a try. I have to say I'm not a fan of the texture, but that's just my personal tastes and I'm sure people who like Konjac will get the texture they expect. The spicy sauce is amazingly tasty, and I imagine I'll eat the rest of these in soups over the next month, but as an out of the pouch snack, this is not my jam; it's like spicy lychee jelly chunks. Also be aware of the amount of extra sauce that these are swimming in. While the Kiss Burn snacks are tightly packed with a small amount of excess oil, these Konjac packs will pour sauce. Enough to help flavor your broth.

Low calorie. But these are really spicy. I’m in no way a heat spice novice either. Less chewy than konjac noodles and I like that. If one day they come out with a mild flavor (soy or any chicken or beef or mushroom) I’d be really excited to buy.

Delicious, authentic and perfectly sized snack

These are not for everybody. I love weird snacks, but to me, these are yuck. If you have not tried them, you may not want to again.

I noticed someone reviewed this and that they threw theirs away bc the warning labels on this? but that’s actually really common for foreign snacks.. A lot of countries have stricter labeling rules than we do, so they require warnings on things like food dyes, sugar, or allergens that are also in PLENTY of American snacks. We just don’t see the labels here. It doesn’t mean the snack is unsafe or any different from what we already eat. For the actual review- Now I didn’t like it too much at first because the taste and texture are so different from what I’m used to. It kinda threw me off and was upset I bought a whole box.. it was like a 4/10 but then I found myself craving it; and the next time I ate it, I ate 3–5 packs in one sitting every time 😭 I'm about to order another box! Either way, it's fun trying something new, unfortunately I can’t really compare the flavor to anything else. Once you get past the texture, it’s really good in my opinion. Might be one of those "acquired taste" things but fun trying.
