Perfect Cut Nano Smallest Sim Card Cutter for iPhone 5 or 5S or 5C Lite

It's cheap, and it works, so 5 stars. It cuts the sim correctly. Remember that large sims have a slightly larger contact panel than micro sims, so you must expect to cut some metal - it's fine. If you are cutting a micro sim, you need to place it in a holder (supplied) before inserting in machine. After cutting, you must gently file off the edges (e.g. with a nail file). I put the cut sim into a phone with a metal sim tray and the edges touched the tray and didn't work - file it down before using to make it as smooth as possible.

I bought this sim cutter, as I needed to change from a micro sim to a nano sim EE wanted to charge me £15 for a new card, I was concerned I may damage the sim but it worked fine.The package comes with the cutter and an insert to convert a nano sim back to a micro sim if you need to go back for whatever reason. Includes easy following instructions.You can also cut down a full size sim to nano size but beware you only get one Micro Sim tray adapter so if you want more micro sim sizes you would need to purchase additional trays.

Looks cheap (but it was) within 2 minutes my wife new iPhone was working with her old SIM whats not to love (and i have some additional brownie points)

It does the job and the SIMs worked fine after being cut (from mini to nano in my case) but it was fiddly to get the SIM into the carrier and I had to tidy it up with a nail file to get it into the phone. If your a bit ham-fisted this is not the gadget for you. Fine but not 5 stars. Having said that, it was much less effort than transferring my number to a new nano SIM.

Had no luck trying to get this to cut the sim, ended up throwing three sims away.

This item is great. It cuts the sim card very quickly and neatly, leaving no room for accidents. A great purchase.Well Done to the seller.

Cut a bit of metal from the Sim chip, but the sim still works.
