The build quality of this double watch winder is good for the price (have you ever wondered how so many winders are ridiculously expensive?) Yet the quality is pleasing and I liked that it works from a powerbank or 240Vac to USB (A) level dc.lease understand that this device comes without its own ac wall adaptor, I read the description prior to buying so this wasn't a problem, mainly because there are a great many USB sockets around my home. The winder runs very quietly, so much so that I don't even hear it if it's stood on my bedside table around a foot from my earsMy example works well and the supplied watch pillows remain in place during winding sessions, looseness there being a common issue with some budget oriented winding boxes. Time will tell just how long lasting the things might be, but its smooth, quiet motor is clearly of good quality and the switch, although small, feels good, with a positive feel in use. I haven't uploaded any images but may do that after a few more days of use, but I may forget so take the images from the item listing as a true representation of its appearance.I'm most pleased with this purchase, it's exactly as it should be in terms of the quality of build and those of function & aesthetics too.Recommended, buy without hesitation.Cheers,Jaye ×

The media could not be loaded. I was unsure about this winder because it is cheap. It looks great. I have it sitting on my bedside table, I can just hear it when on. I am sensitive to noise when sleeping and do not hear it at night. I have it on 2 min on 18 min off setting.

Fair quality and pretty quiet but not suitable beside the bed.Looks smart.

Only been working for 24 hours, but does exactly what it should. Started it on the 6 minute rest cycle and have now changed it to the 18 minute rest cycle. Looks good and hopefully will last a long time.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this thinking it was going to be an interim until I get the larger ones to house my other watches too.I am really happy with it, it’s really quiet (video) and you can’t even hear that when the lid is closed.Would recommend this item

Brilliant, fits both my auto watches

A smart looking watch winder for two watches, bound in black leather with (in my winder) red stitching around the peripheral edges as a detail highlighter. Easy to understand instructions had me connecting the power lead (a supplied USB to DC power out connector) to an old mobile phone plug adaptor - any mobile phone plug will do as they all perform the required AC to DC conversion and voltage step-down actions - fitting a watch around a leather holding block and inserting it into the charging deck, choosing the winder's charging setting (two are available, one short term and the second much longer - the instructions suggest turning the winder off for about half an hour per month to prolong its life (these things are obviously built to last). The winder was happily charging one of my automatic watches withing minutes of opening the box it came in and looks to be a useful and handsome addition to the horological corner of my bedroom.
