I purchased this specifically to help with melasma, and I’ve been using it consistently twice a day for about five months. I also want to be transparent that I use it as part of a larger skincare routine that includes daily sunscreen, vitamin C, occasional retinoid use, and micro needling, so it’s difficult to know exactly how much improvement comes from one product alone. With that said, I do feel like this product has helped keep my melasma from getting worse, which honestly is still valuable to me because melasma can be very stubborn and easily triggered. However, I personally have not noticed dramatic lightening or major fading from this product alone after several months of consistent use. As far as the formula itself, I really like it. It dries down quickly, doesn’t leave my skin feeling sticky or heavy, and layers well with the rest of my skincare products. I recently added azelaic acid into my routine as well, so I’m interested to see whether that combination gives me more noticeable results over time, but I can’t speak to that yet. Overall, I think this is a nice, easy-to-use product for someone looking to add tranexamic acid into their skincare routine, just keep expectations realistic if you’re dealing with stubborn melasma like I am.

I love this skin serum! I actually use it on my body even though it says skin and face and it has made a huge difference in the appearance of my dark scars and spots. I have one scar that is just about to disappear, without using the serum , my scars stay for years! It works great for both new and old scars. My skin looks great, I use it to brighten dark spots and it does not show a cast or anything. I have a copper like skin tone and I did not think it would be compatible with my complexion but I was wrong! 10 out of 10. It doesn't have a weird smell and it is thin but you would want to follow up with a moisturizer.

I find this serum to be lightweight on my skin. but you do know it’s on because there is a slight tackiness to it. I use it on my cheekbones and my forehead a few minutes following my vitamin C serum, and I then wipe the excess on my hands. I’ve used this now for 4 weeks for at least 5 days per week and my brown colored sun damage spot have faded a bit. Still works well though and I will purchase again.

I was really desperate because after my pregnancy several parts of my body were dark I have been using it on the neck, armpits and between legs and I have seen a very good change in pigmentation they recommended it to me and I do not regret seeing it bought really with perseverance and patience you can see the changes my skin is returning to its natural color I am happy with the results I have been using it for almost two months and it has given me good results I recommend it

I agree with another user to shake the bottle before each use, unfortunately, I didn't know this when I started and then finished the bottle (I read about it just now as I was getting ready to rate the product). This lack of shaking the bottle has a couple things that it impacts: 1. By not shaking the bottle meant a lot of different variations in the quality that dispensed, sometimes thinner or thicker with each use, and that caused burning on the skin during some of those (thicker distributions. 2. By not shaking the bottle with each use, in the end there was a lot of the heavier product left in the bottom of the bottle, and even leaving it upside down never was able to use that product (further emphasizing the uneven distribution problem listed in number 1). 3. The CAGE at the bottle neck makes it impossible to get all the product out as the stopper/dropper cannot be manipulated at an angle while tipping the bottle to create a larger pool of product. This problem was further compounded by earlier lack of shaking and thick product not being easily moved within the bottle. Eventually I removed the neck-cage and tried unsuccessfully to get the contents which was still a fail even after turning on end. The Bottle is in need of modification, or the dispensing system needs modified. Overall, I think the product seems to work, though it seemed better in the beginning and then after a while nothing really seemed to be making any difference. I may or may not try it again, I am currently using a different company and will make a decision after that.

The product is great for my melasma (pigmentation). This was the second time I have ordered. But I found out today I could have ordered it with the half price of Amazon price from the narium company directly by online. I feel amazon over charging too much. :( next time I won't order it through Amazon.
