These are a nice pair of shorts for the price. They are great for the gym, but the are not seamless. Absolutely love these, they fit great. Super stretchy and comfortable love the side pockets my samsung s23 ultra just about fits in them so if you have a smaller phone then it'll fit fine great for keys or airpods etc. The scrunch is very subtle and doesn't sit right up there which I like. They are squat proof I've tried with different coloured underwear and can't see anything though. I have some fat on my upper thighs and they don't dig in but I do have to adjust after sitting as they roll up slightly. But don't really much after walking around other than that I absolutly love them.
