Battery issues over time
Battery life went down to about a minute after 6 months. Then I just left it plugged in all the time and then the battery started turning off randomly and saying it wasn't charging when it was. Other than that, the laptop has been great and has worked well, but I would avoid and buy a different one if I could go back in time.

Like a New computer
I was initially hesitant about ordering a renewed laptop, but the Amazon guarantee gave me the confidence to give it a try. It turned out to be a great decision. The laptop looks brand new, with no visible marks, and it works perfectly. I likely paid less than half of what a brand-new model would cost. Very pleased with my purchase.

Great Laptop
I needed a Windows laptop for general working both at home and on business. This laptop fits my requirements perfectly. It’s not a powerful machine but for day to day work it’s fine. The condition of the laptop was excellent considering it was a renewed machine, would not hesitate to recommend it to others.

Wobbly screen
Great hardware and price/performance ratio. The touch pad material is a bit weird to touch, but you can get used to it. Keyboard and plastic is a bit worse quality than I'm used to, but you have to compromise somewhere, this isn't a premium product. My biggest problem is the wobbly screen which definitely isn't as stable as it should be. I don't know if it's a matter of replacing some screws/springs or a design problem, but all other faults would've been completely understandable if it wasn't for the screen. That being said, the components are great and I think it's one of the best choices at this price if you're mostly interested in performance. Works phenomenally great for a 200 quid laptop

Lasted less than a year!
Worked well for first 10 months then stopped working! Errors with battery/ hard drive/ constant crashing / black screen of death and squealing. No warranty or back up regarding issues so very expensive purchase for less than a years use. Dissapointing.
