Love the set … bought 2 chairs and coffee table. Instructions on putting together were complete and parts easily marked. Looks great on my patio. There was at slight issue, but company responded and resolved issue immediately… recommend the patio furniture and this company … great customer service.

I ordered a patio set from this GrandPatio company......let's just say they aren't so GRAND. I received a defective set along with damage to one of the chairs wicker material and they did nothing to resolve the issue PROPERLY. Almost none of the legs were abled to be attached due to the holes of the legs not matching up with the intended holes of the chairs (so it's not even usable). One of the chairs has damage to the back of it like it was cut. Literally the worst customer service and the most inconvenient options to resolve the issue. These people should be shut down for the items they sent to a paying customer. At your own risk if you order anything from this buyer. Shameful to say the least. Amazon needs to scout these buyers a bit better. Boooo! Thumbs DOWN.

I bought this set at a discount for $300. 7 seat with coffee table. It was late and the shipper never responded to me. That said, it’s a quality piece and a good value. It is configurable and easy to assemble. It easily seats 6-7 adults. It’s a little low to the ground but I like the low profile. It’s also very comfortable. I’ll be adding thicker seat cushions but other than that it’s sturdy. I didn’t notice it had a glass tabletop for the coffee table so just an FYI. It’s on my NYC rooftop and I added weights to keep it from lifting in a strong wind (it gets really windy up high). I put it together in about 2 hours (it’s all screws) and the instructions are super easy to follow. It wasn’t missing any pieces. I wish the seller would have returned my inquiry. I would have given them 5 stars.

I LOVE this outdoor set. First, it came in ONE medium-sized box, so I was SHOCKED it all fit inside. Overall, it took us about 45 mins to put together, but it was easy and straightforward. The cushions are a bright off-white and the material is thick and repels water - we left it out the first night and it rained - all the water beaded up on the material and nothing got inside! My kids also got their shoes on the pillows and left marks, but it was very easy to clean. The back cushion is very soft and plush while the bottom cushion is very sturdy. The wicker is thick and well-made so the chairs and table are very sturdy. We played around with the configuration - first we had the chairs together and the table on the side, but then we moved the table to the middle, which is our favorite setup. This set is really great and with the price-point, it's a steal.

The parts don’t match and overlapped to get screwed together

This patio furniture set is great. It comes packaged in a surprisingly small box for the size of this set. I was curious how this would ship. It does require some assembly upon arrival. The chair assembly consist of two pieces (the back and base/seat), four legs and two pillows each. The table assembly includes a tempered glass sheet, a main table piece, two sides to be attached and four legs. Surprisingly it took us about 2 hours to assemble the entire set. The difficulty comes with using allen wrench screws which after a while become very frustrating. Phillips head screws are ALWAYS my preference. The allen wrench screws work well but, it takes some more work and effort to screw then securely into place and after a while it hurts my finger tips. The allen key isn’t always easy to line up too. The key didnt strip the bolts or anything it just gets annoying trying to line it up only to be able to turn the screw a quarter way around because theres not enough space to turn the allen key around 360 degrees. (Let along 180 degrees) There were a couple screw locations that were trickier than others partially because I couldn’t thread them down with my hand well enough before I had to switch to the allen key. There was alone ONE screw location on the chair that was not properly aligned. It took work to thread it in at all. Ultimately we had to keep messing with all four screws on the chair base and back to be able to align it to thread it in a little bit at an angle. All in all this set is literally 28 screws to assemble both chairs and the table. And still it took us close to two hours. Again, in part because one screw location was not properly aligned and because it took work to always line up the allen key to only be able to turn it a quarter of the way before you have to remove it to align it again and just repetitively turn it a quarter the way a around to threat each screw into place. Some were easier than other and I could thread them really well with just my hands and then just tighten with the allen key but, other screws required the allen key to thread it down into palace. Separate of the assembly, (Which is the only reason I removed one star) this set looks great! It has a weather resistant look and feel to it. I like the weather proof pillow covers and seat cushions. The pillow backs do come vacuum sealed and require to be placed into a weather resistant cover. The set is VERY comfortable and looks fantastic! I like that the chairs can be used independently of each other or paired together to make it like an outdoor love seat. We were excited to plan our weekend coffee on the patio together with this set. The set has a really relaxing beach look to it and would match pretty much any home. I appreciate the versatility in use and how well this set will pair with other similar sets. We did order some outdoor furniture covers and although this set is a bit smaller than the covers, the covers work great at protecting our new outdoor furniture. The coffee stable glass ships packaged well and I appreciate that it is tempered glass. The coffee table tip actually has nice suction cups that are barely noticeable to help hold the glass in place. The suction cups work well for securing the glass top to the table. The set does include there four plastic U shaped pieces that I can not figure out what they’re for or how to use/apply them. I assumed they were a secondary protection for holing/securing the glass into place but I couldn’t figure out how to attach them. (See last photo) These four part arrived in the box in their own separate bag. The instructions do not reference these pieces at all so I’m holding onto them but, I’m not sure what they’re for or what I’m supposed to do with them. Other than the assembly time this set is very comfortable, feels very sturdy and looks fantastic. This set will be easy to add onto down the road once we move. I don’t mind the challenging assembly angles to work with it just felt like the allen wrench was a bit frustrating to work with and would preferred Phillips head screws. Other than that I honestly, couldn’t be happier with this set and would definitely recommend it especially for those with smaller patio surfaces like our selves. The set isn’t small but it does work well with a small patio (or large for that matter). Hope this helps!

This grand patio wicker furniture set is so nice and I love it! It comes with 3 pieces of furniture. There's 2 chairs that can be put together to make a loveseat or you can set each chair up separately. There's also a table with a glass top. I put the chairs beside each other like a loveseat. It wasn't too hard to assemble but I did have help. I'm very happy with this patio set because it gives me a nice place to sit and enjoy the outdoors while I'm at home!

Setup was straight forward. Just make sure you get all of the screws started where you connect the backs to the seat before tightening any of them or it could give you issues. The quality is very good. It’s definitely weather proof. You should see a video at the bottom showing the assembly. I like that the glass top connects with suction cups. It really keeps it in place.
