Accurate and readings recorded on phone app with graph and average readings given. Night mode gives about three readings during the night I don’t know how accurate they are as I imagine your arm wouldn’t necessarily be in the correct position but a good indicator at least. I ordered it because I was having problems with my bp at night. This has been a life saver. I am in the US so the only down side in my book is the fact that I cannot pair the monitor with my smartphone as the software is not supported in the US. But that's a little thing. I would recommend this monitor (and actually already have to several people) to anyone. It seems to be accurate in the readings all day and love that it automatically takes night time bp measurements. Gives me peace of mind at night. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very convenient and seemingly accurate *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 9 July 2025* I found this to be an excellent blood pressure monitor. I’d wanted a wrist based monitor because it makes it so much easier to take quick blood pressure readings without any clothing removal but I was unsure as to how accurate it would be. I also have an Omron Evolv arm monitor and I can say that the NightView seems to get very similar readings and they are reproducible between subsequent measurements.I’ve used the nocturnal readings a few times but this wasn’t the main reason I purchased this particular monitor.
