Great for Birthday Parties
Ordered this kit for my son’s birthday party and we had plenty of activities to do. The children were engaged and the instructions were easy to use. From slime to making volcanos, it was worth every dime.

Multiple things to do
You can spread out the projects vs doing it all in 1 day. It's enough to last a few days of fun

Definitely a parent and child activity!
Interestingly enough, it says online that this is for kids 6-8, while the instructions in the box say for kids over 7... and even then, only WITH adult supervision! Biggest takeaway: read all the directions before you get started. The actual volcano needs a day or 2 for the clay to harden, and you're not supposed to do the lava part until the clay is hardened. The clay itself was easy to use and not nearly as hard or as tacky/sticky as I had expected it to be. When making the slime, it takes more activator than it claims to need, and be careful not to put too much glitter or it will mess up some of the effects, like the glow-in-the-dark feature. My brother and my nephew and I had a blast putting it all together, but it's definitely not a child-by-him/herself kind of toy.

He comprado este kit de ciencia con lava y ha sido un éxito total. A mi hijo le encanta hacer experimentos y este set de slime con temática de lava es súper entretenido. Es una forma genial de que aprendan conceptos científicos básicos mientras se divierten mezclando y creando sus propias texturas. ¡Muy recomendable para pequeños científicos!
