Excellent product! Does exactly what itโs intended to
These things are amazing. I never realized how clogged my nostrils actually were until I started using these. I started using them while sleeping and noticed an immediate improvement in my sleep quality. After the first night I woke up feeling more rested and could actually breathe out of both nostrils. My sleep tracking app confirmed that I did get more deep sleep than usual and this trend has continued for the past two weeks. I also started using them when exercising because I noticed how difficult it was to breath through my nose when strength training. Granted, I had to get over the fact that some people stared at me wondering what was in my nose, but the benefit of being able to breath fully through my nose is more important to me than the judgement of strangers. The only potential downside is that it has taken my nose almost two weeks to become fully adjusted to using these every night. Because I was using them every night the insides of my nostrils became a little sore and the device cause a little scab to form. I guess this is to be expected given that the skin on the inside of the nostril is very sensitive and isnโt used to a device chafing it. Rest assured, the soreness goes away and the skin toughens up enough that the scab disappears. I used a little petroleum jelly to help reduce some of the chafing during these first two weeks. Overall this is an excellent product and I will continue to use them for the foreseeable future. Lastly, the reason I found out about these was because I wanted to avoid the red mark caused by the external breathe right strips I was previously using.

Best Breathing and Sustained Comfort
This is the best product for holding open your nostrels for breathing at night. There are other kinds, but many break and are not comfortable. A few times, it falls out, but in general, they are in all night and has changed my value of sleep to have better open airways. I also use a mouth guard for snoring, which helps as well, but this is very effective when I turn over at night with my face half on the pillow. It allows me to breath freely in more positions while I am sleeping. I am not a fan of the external stick-ons that pull open your nose from the outside. Also, some of the inserts have broken on me, while using them. I recommend this product if you feel tired when waking up, or if you understand that you are not getting enough oxygen at night and wake up with sweats and a run-down feeling when waking up. For my, beside snoring, which effects my sleep, I also have had a lack of oxygen from not being able to breath. These helped being able to breath dramatically.

Take it out in my sleep
I have this off and on for several months. It DOES open up my nasal passage....on ONE side. It's like ONE side pushes the other side close to have a larger opening. I sneeze a LOT trying to get the dilator positioned properly, which in turn makes my. Nose run, so I have to low my nose and try to put it back in again. The instructions say you can use the dilator two different ways. The prongs down, or prongs up. The end of the prongs are my issue, they open the nasal passage but are not comfortable to wear. The instructions state how far to insert the dilator. I have to insert it a bit farther for it to actually expand my nasal passage. I could just have longer, wider passages then most. HeHe It DOES help me breath better! Though when I wake up I see that I've taken it out and it's sitting on my nightstand. HeHe

How do these work so well?
Update: 05/30/2023 These things have been a life changer. They have not failed yet in over a year to keep my breathing clear at night and the effect seems to continue over to the day as well. I always used an otc steroid spray (flutocasone) at night but the combo of the two now keeps my nose 100% clear. I am sleeping a good hour to hour and a half longer. ******* I ordered these SleepRight nasal aids in a fit of anger after waking up at 2:30 AM because I was coughing from a mouth breathing induced dry throat. A week later I can easily call these SleepRight aids a game changer. Of the last six days, I have slept my normal 6 hours, but the other 3 days I have slept a phenomenal (and rare) 8 hours. None of those nights involved waking up from a dry throat either. These aids immediately improve my breathing, but there is something else going on here. I put the aids in and I still have a bit of my normal stuffiness further up my nose ... but in about 20 minutes even that disappears and I can breath without a hint of obstruction. I don't recall breathing this well anytime in my life. I put them in with a touch of vaporub (for the nostalgia) a bit before bedtime and I hardly notice them now. I no longer mouth breath, I sleep with little if any interruption and about half the time (so far) I sleep well past my normal wake up time. Yes, I drag a bit after those 8 hour sleeps, but it's such a novelty for me that I really don't mind. I thought these would be an expensive experiment ... now I would pay twice as much for them (don't tell SleepRight I said that)!

My husband really wanted these to work!
I have a bit of a deviated septum, and the first night I tried these, I discovered that I had to put these in as an โM.โ Great! I got it in! Immediately, I started draining and breathing better. It stayed in the whole night and my husband said I barely snored. The second night, it worked ok, but not as dramatic as the first night. The third night, I could tell that it was starting to make my nostrils hurt. I found if I lubricated it with water, it inserted fine. However, during the night it dried out so much, I had to take it out! Ouch! The fourth night, I ripped it out of my nose because of the pain. On the fifth night, I gave it another go, and it ended up in the sheets and my husband had to leave and sleep in the guest room. I really wanted to like these!!! They were so promising on that first night! Anybody have any suggestions on them not drying out in the middle of the night?

New but NOT improved
I've been buying these for over a year after my ENT explained that I would sleep better, and I do. So when I needed more I did my usual of going to my previous order and getting it again. I did not notice the listing said "New and Improved" so when I got them I was shocked at the difference. The new ones are HUGE and very HARD. I can barely get it into my nostrils. If I wear it in the W position my nostrils incredibly sore in the morning. I tried it in the M position but it ends up falling out during the night. I thought it might get better after a few weeks but it's not and now the return window is closed so I have 5 unusable dilators. I am going to see if anyone is selling the original version, otherwise I will have to go through the misery, again, of finding another brand that works for me.

This works GREAT
This is the first nose dilator that works for me! It stays in all night, is comfortable, and keeps my air passages open. I've tried three others that didn't work. So glad I found this one!

Your nose knows
Having sleeping problems, I am looking for something to help with my breathing. I use a C-pap machine, but when the nasal passages close, it's too hard to breathe. I use allergy med, but it dries me out. I've used nasal strips over the bridge of my nose, but it irritates the skin after awhile. So, seeing the sleep right, and it's reviews, I sent for it. I have to say it really works! My nose feels really open and stays that way all night. I use a water base gel to help with dryness sometimes. the only problem i have is be sure to insert the product as it shows you. I have had a tender nose a couple times, but am learning. so far, this is the best of all of them.
