Will bite strips be included ?? I got the beginner kit but there is no bite strips

I did not receive bite strips with the model I ordered either.

I bought it but which one is the pop n go, and which one is the custom fit?

The Custom Fit Jawzrsize is a product that allows you to achieve a more personalized fit. It comes with bite strips for the boil-and-bite process. Mold it to fit the contours of your teeth and jaw. This customized fit ensures a comfortable and secure experience during your Jawzrsize workouts. The Pop N Go not require any bite strips. The built in boil-less bite strips are easy to grip, and fit flush in your mouth thanks to the built in gum-guards.
