Creo que tendría que estar más alta el angulo para que sirva de soporte para el paciente que este de lado.La verdad se la puedes poner y el paciente fácilmente se puede cambiar bocarriba.Para el costo de más de mil pesos no la recomiendo.El paquete está muy liviano al igual que la almohada.

I bought this for a patient who had a pressure ulcer that would not heal for over 2 years. It works really well along with being on a low air loss mattress, turning and repositioning every 2 hrs, and applying the right medical treatment the pressure ulcer healed up in over a year. Consistency was the key.
