Im a size 18 xl too will this fit me im short 5'4 190

I'm 5'7" and large and it fit me...

My daughter is a teen 16 plus - I was thinking a women’s small would work but how long is it?

I am 5’10” tall weighing 145#. Wear size 8-10. I chose a medium and it was tight in the bust but long enough with flat sandals. Loved the costume. Hope this helps.

Is this for children or adult costume? chart size says l is 12-14. but the scroll down selection says l is 8-10. which one is right?

Adult, you can scroll and CHOOSE your size.

It stretch or have a zipper at the back ?

It has velcro down to the waist. It does have a little stretch to it.
