Somewhat effective I believed, I have high caffeine tolerance so it might vary for other but the effects are noticable, better clarity less jitters than we would get from 4 shots of espresso, pill slightly larger than would prefer

My love for Nutrija Product isnt new and dates back to 2020 when I started Gym. Worked like Magic for me. Just 1 hour after taking it i felt more calm & energetic I walked 4 KM and did not feel weak or exhausted . There are few side effect i feel were tingling sensation in left cheek

Must have for morning gym goers.
I used to feel less motivated and sleepy in the morning gym sessions. But this product helped me get insane focus during early morning sessions. Don't solely depend on it but it's clutch for morning sessions.

Excellent product . Definitely will help push past your usual study hours. BUT IT WON'T WORK IF YOU YOU DON'T SIT UR AS* AND STUDY
