Q: how much time take grind 20 gr coffee?

I do 18g on a medium grind (7 clicks from tightest setting) and it doesn't take more than a minute. I can time it next time I use it.EDIT 9/18/14: I timed it and 18g took 60 seconds.

Q: Are any of the internal parts made of plastic? If so, which one(s)?

Yes, the brace that holds the crank axis appears to be made of plastic. Everything else is ceramic or stainless steel.The Blade Base that holds the bottom burr is plastic and it broke on me this week after several months of daily use. I am looking for a replacement for it.

Q: The one I received doesn't seem to have the same 'click' adjustment for grind as what i was used to with the standard porlex? Is this normal?

This is a terrible product and the company will not stand behind it. (I tried to have a defective part replaced and they refused and wanted me to pay extra for the defective part.) Good luck getting Porlex to replace any missing or defective part of this product--without up charging you. Unfortunately, the whole brand is a lemon. Sorry for all of us who got swindled by a "nice" looking coating. :( Not a fan of Porlex. Terrible brand.

Q: can this grind to a fine espresso? Im looking for a grinder that can grind coffee to the consistency of flour. Any suggestions?

I haven't tried grinding that fine, but i imagine it'd take quite a bit of time to do, assuming it can do the job.
