I really rate this neck cushion, the design means that it captures all my aches up and around my neck and shoulders. The weight is so comforting and the smell is soothing. It is easy to heat and to use. Can be frozen as well though I have not tried this. Really worked to ease my aches and pains and I find it incredibly relaxing.

I bought this some time ago and it works very well. However..... my husband now uses it constantly 😃 may need to get another one for myself 😂 It can cool down quickly but just zap it in the microwave and you are good for another half hour or so. The weight and the heat does provide temporary pain relief.

This neck warmer was very cumbersome although when heated was very relaxing however it was quite heavy to have on your shoulders. Maybe it should have an age range on it not particularly suitable for older people.

I can't say I dislike it I think it is really nice but unfortunately I am not able to use it as I find it too heavy for me I did use it but I had to take it of after a few minutes , I broke a bone in my neck and damaged a nerve so although it is a good item I am unable to use it because I am unable to take the weight but I would recommend it to anyone that it is suitable for

Heat pad is great

Not quite what I expected. I found this pad quite heavy and uncomfortable, and unfortunately I returned it.

Nice for about a month before a whole was burnt and the seeds came out. Note that all warming instructions were followed. So had to throw away. Will not be replacing.

Very comfortable. Needs more heating than suggested. Size is good Very effective.

the item is extremely heavy for my mom (74 year age). She could only use it for 10 min and after that start feeling the extreme weight. Plus the item is non returnable, so she is stuck with this. Not happy with the product.

Bought this for my 80 year old mother who is coming off a broken shoulder and it works great for her. A tad on the heavy side if one arm isn't working great but there isn't a way to avoid that if you want something that covers the neck and shoulders and holds a decent amount of heat. Doesn't smell bad to me or her but one of her friends thinks it stinks. The box says aromatherapy so I think it is mildly scented with something but clearly not all noses are created equal.

This heating pad is fantastic! Just pop it in the microwave for 90 seconds and it works like magic. It really helps open up blood vessels and eases pain and tension in the neck and shoulders. The only slight downside is that it’s a little on the heavy side, but that also helps it stay in place, happy with product.
