Works better than the original in that the LED light goes red when charging and changes to green when the battery is full

Not much to say other than it works perfectly, with the added bonus of a LED to indicate charging or charged state.

The original charger for my old Dyson DC 30 gave up the ghost at last and I was surprised how easy it was to find a replacement for such an old machine, there were a number of choices even but I settled on this one as it was a good price. It’s now as if my Dyson is working as well as when first used, when charging with the old original charger it was only giving a few minutes use but now after using this one I’m getting a full charge to the battery and a decent amount of use from it. The led when fully charged turns colour to let you know it’s full so no guess work involved. I hadn’t realised that the original charger was failing which explains the weak charge that the batteries were getting, this has rejuvenated it. Brilliant!
