Palette Intensive Color Creme C10 Frosty Silver Blonde Permanent Hair Color

I love this shade Frosty silver blonde! Yes while it does come with instructions in a different language other than English, it's very easy to use. Translated and says mix the tube with bottle of developer in a bowl ( Not Metal) part hair in 4 parts and brush in (brush used for applying color) to get it on evenly, leave in hair for 30-35 minutes Rinse throughly then apply to wet hair the aluminum packet, which is a conditioner mask, leave on for 2 minutes then rinse throughly. Dry and style, also this conditioner left my hair so soft and shiny.

It's the only one that my hair color looks very very similar like on pic. Easy to apply

I am a true blond with some grey and white, this didn't turn it any soft silver color, just made me lighter blond, I could of got that color just buy ordering the color... lightest blond. Will not be buying again.

I totally did not do my homework when ordering the lightning product. For one thing the instructions are ALL in GERMAN. So I went to the companies website and there it tells me, " this product can not be used on any hair previously dyed any color". Mine is dyed silver to cover my gray. The silver was getting dull so I thought this color Blonde/Beige would work and look great. NO! It warned to use this dye could create a color that would not be attractive. So, I thought I would return it and buy a different brand. NO! They do not accept the return of this product even if not opened. The instructions were, if I disagreed with this ruling, I could write a letter to the manufacturer and plead my case, so for $10.00 was I really willing to waste time and energy and wait for an answer from GERMANY, I decided to cut my losses and head over to Walmart for the correct product.

I buy this in central america. My natural level is about a 5 and it lifted it to a 9. I could have let it process a little longer. I did 45 minutes then last 10 minutes I ran it through the rest of my bleached/highlighted hair to brighten it all up. I followed with the Palette Tone Cream, which is basically just a purple mask (no developer or ammonia) and it cut nearly all the yellow. My hair still feels soft and in really good condition.

I used this for the first time this week and as I have short hair, I only used half. I'm extremely pleased with the results which did not have any yellow or reddish tones. Lovely colour very close to the box.
