I use these to make various sizes of pierogis. They are similar to a cookie cutter, easy to clean, and the set has great options for various sizes. My only one complaint is that some of the metal where the joints are is not exactly smooth, they are a little bit uncomfortable on the hands and slightly rough or sharp, especially after hours of pierogi making. Still happy with this product and happy I bought them though!

Purchased to update the old:-PROS:-stainless steel graduated set. One piece construction, clean up well with no bits and pieces hiding in crevices. Good variety of sizes with edges that cut seamlessly through dough. CONS:-could be a problem with sharpness but I have not had any issues. OUTCOME:-I use 2 sizes of the cutters for biscuits and have no complaints. A nice set of cutters.

Just arrived love the descending sizes will be great to stamp cut mini cake layers from six inches down. Gets the noodle spinning with design possibilities. Strong enough to do what I want them for.
