J ai reçu un produit défectueux: le pot est à moitié vide et la crème est tellement dure qu il est impossible de l appliquer.

Me ha pasado lo mismo. He recibido hoy esta crema, falta medio bote y lo poco q trae está completamente sólido y seco. Una vergüenza de producto. Que las dos personas que hemos valorado este producto hayamos recibido igual de mal el producto es vergonzoso.

I decided to veer away from my Tarte Maracuja eye cream because after using it for about 6 months I felt like I didn't see any difference in fine lines in my eye area. Although it kicked my circles under my eyes to the curb, it just wasn't doing it for me anymore. I've been using this since sometime in April and I really like it so far. It's very moisturing and doesn't irritate my eyes at all. I can apply my makeup right over it after application with no problems. Yes, I should mention that I use this in the morning and night and will stick to it. I have noticed a decrease in the fine lines under my eyes since I've been using this cream (I'm 26 so they weren't super defined, but my makeup started to crease in them which means they are defined enough that I felt I needed an eye cream for them). They are not as defined as they were, so I can only imagine what will happen with continued regular use. My makeup doesn't settle into them as much at all, a big difference compared to before I started using this cream. As for the circles under my eyes? My circles aren't super dark, but I do have them under my eyes. I've noticed a slight improvement since using this, but I will need more time to see if it's really making a difference. This cream will also be grand for winter use too. I'll update in a few months about circles and everything over all.UPDATE - February 29, 2016So uh, it's been a while and I just finished this jar that I purchased with usage everyday at night and in the AM. Lasts a long time. But I did promise an update, better later than never. I am still keeping this 5 stars. After the improvements that I saw in the months of using this, I can't really say I've seen much of a difference in those fine lines under and on my lids. They never got worse, but I didn't notice them going away per se. Things have been consistent. Now I'm debating buying a second jar of this cream just to give it another chance and see what it can do with really prolonged use. I know you really have to give these creams time to work. This cream really does make a difference with dark circles under eyes though, there was a month where I was switched creams and started using a sample of an eye cream that I got and my under eye circles started to get dark again, so I jumped back to using my First Aid Beauty Cream. This cream is also super hydrating and makes the eye area smooth (both in appearance and to the touch), the skin around my eyes looks healthy and hydrated (although those few fine lines are still there). I think I'm going to buy this again simply based on how hydrating it is, it makes my eyes happy. No irritation. This winter didn't stand a chance on drying me out with this stuff handy. Who knows what a second jar will bring.

The product was dried out!!! When I tried to use it,it burned my eyes. I never had a chance to return it so I ended up having to throw it away. I use this product often and usually buy from the store and do know if this products is not stored correctly it is no usable!!!!

La crema llego abierta. Faltaba mas de la mitad del producto y encima lo que quedaba de la crema estaba todo seca.
