I’ve been using these L-Carnitine liquid shots for a few weeks now and I really like the results. I take one vial in the morning or 30 minutes before a workout – it gives a noticeable boost in energy and helps me sweat more during cardio sessions.

It’s amazing

I had high hopes for this L-carnitine supplement about increased energy, improved fat metabolism, and better workout performance. Unfortunately, after finishing the entire package, I can honestly say I noticed zero difference. I took it consistently as directed, paired it with a regular workout routine and balanced diet, and still—nothing. No boost in energy, no enhanced endurance, no fat loss beyond what I was already achieving without it. It felt like I was taking placebo pills. To make things worse, it had a slight chemical taste (even though it was marketed as “flavored”). Not a huge issue if it actually worked—but for no results, it’s just an added annoyance. Also had side effects after taking it such as stomach irritation and breathing problems. Maybe it works for some people, but in my case, this product did absolutely nothing. Save your money and invest in something with proven results.

Have went through two boxes hard to tell if works. No side effects anyway.

It’s ok just hard to open it as you need a scissors to cut the plastic tube, not convenient if you don’t have something to cut it open with.

I’d went to a boot camp in Thailand three years ago and the ex army instructor told me l-carnitine in the morning. Needless to say it worked and I lost lots of kg in the three weeks that I was there. I had put on weight over COVID and wanted to get rid of it and remembered what the instructor said. Did some research and found this product. I never leave reviews but had to for this as I am now on my third box. When I am taking every day I am literally shedding weight - even when I’m just going on a walk instead of a run. I am beyond my goal now and couldn’t be happier. When I don’t have my little tasty vial in the morning I don’t lose, when I do - I pretty much lose every day if I have eaten well and drink lots of water (I am also stopping eating around 4 or before every day). Anyway, if you’re looking for some help to kick start your journey - look no further!

Effectiveness for me isnt great, the taste is hit and miss so some days it will taste nice and others it will taste like fish and nearly make me throw up. For me they aren't value for money because they weren't as effective for me as others in weightless. Ease of use- absolutely fine, just snap the triangle bit off. Energy levels remained the same as before.

Utilisée en cure lors de d’augmentation de volume en triathlon (surtout vélo et séance natation de 2h) et je reconnais un effet énergisant et/ou qui m’évite le coup de pompe certain en milieu de séance. Ceci entraînant cela il y a perte de poids avec à la base une bonne hygiène alimentaire qui est facilitée en raison des efforts supplémentaires qui sont supportés. Je recommanderai plutôt la forme liquide qui ne semble pas contenir de dioxyde de titane présent dans les gélules.

Da ich mir natürlich auch die Bewertungen vorher durchgelesen habe, war ich erst etwas kritisch gegenüber Geschmack und das Handling vom öffnen der Ampullen. Erstmal ist in der Verpackung eine Öffnungshilfe damit kann man die kappen zur seite hin abbrechen, bisher gabs damit keinerlei Probleme. Zum Geschmack, ja lecker ist es jetzt nicht. Schmeckt für mich wie Schmerztropfen, aber da es ja nur wenig ist, ist es mit nem Schluck zu trinken hinterher auch schon getan. Find sie bisher sehr gut. 👍👍👍👍
