This is just the best compact coffee machine ever and I love it. It delivers multiple drink options, using the nespresso pods - which are available from loads of places now. You can get a lovely high-street coffee for as little as 23p. But what I love is the single button drink selection which includes both the coffee - and heated steamed or frothy milk. Pop in the pod - select latte, or cappuccino - and it does it all for you. Or if you want a hot chocolate - this will give you all the milk you need. And of course it also delivers the espresso and lungo The whole unit is compact, ergonomic, has a robust build quality, and is really easy to clean. The bits come off easily and can even go into the dishwasher. The whole machine is so well thought out and looks really great on the counter. The only negative point I will make is it should include a long thin brush which can fit into the milk frother tubes. Easy to find on Amazon - but should really be in the pack. Not a strong enough reason to lose a star.

Nespresso Gran Lattissima Pro This was purchased to replace my ageing trusty Lattissima One which has given me a excellent service .I decided on this machine as it has more options and it holds a lot more milk So far so good we get good quality coffee out of it and it is plenty hot enough It is easy enough to use the only negative is the cleaning of the milk container is a bit more harder than my old machine There is also a huge variation of pods available as well for all tastes ILLY and Lavazza being our choice .We also had a bean to cup machine but they are time consuming and cost a lot more and in my opinion are no better as you are stuck with the beans you put in them It is true that beans are cheaper but at least with pods you can have what you want ok they cost a lot more but you still get a cuppa for about 50 pence which is a lot cheaper than the coffee shops And with Nespresso they have a few shops where you can taste some of there coffees

Had this machine for over 2 years now and it is fabulous. Every part of the milk just and lid can be dismantled and placed in the dishwasher. This is extremely handy. After using I remove the jug and place in the fridge. I put all the parts in the dishwasher every other night to make sure it's fresh. Brilliant machine, would rebuy. Highly recommend

I purchased this for my wife last Christmas as my daughter has the exact same model and we like the range of drinks that it makes. On average the machine makes five or six cups of coffee with frothy milk daily and we love the end result, just like getting it from out favourite coffee shop. We have, however, encountered an annoying issue which is the frequency it requires descaling (recommended timeframe in the instructions is every 2-4 months). Despite using filtered water (we have a ‘Waterdrop’ filter system installed), the descale warning light comes on at least every 4-5 weeks, and most recently after just 17 days. If the machine is not descaled within a few days of the warning light illuminating it simply shuts down and stops working. We use Oust brand de-scaler. Contacted Product Support, the assistant was very helpful and suggested we did a system reset (made no difference) and a spoof descale (go through the process with just plain water). So, eight months after an expensive purchase and seven descale cycles later, we are not sure if we have a product that will reliable for what we had hoped to be years to come. Fortunately, we kept our cheap old Magimix Nespresso coffee machine plus our milk frother which serve as a back-up when we haven’t the time to spend half an hour descaling. We are feeling a bit twitchy about how long this machine will last, certainly expected better having spent so much money. I chose to do the review today as the Amazon product support feedback request did not allow me to provide a fair response to the helpfulness of the manufacturer’s assistant.

This would be an amazing machine if it actually worked. Short version: the milk dispensing unit stopped dispensing milk, and the machine overheats with each use. Long version: Our trusty Latissima Touch finally died after many years of reliable service. So we decided to upgrade to the Gran Latissima. We bought one of these, but it was faulty on arrival: the milk dispenser would not dispense any milk. It simply created a lot of steam and then overheated. So I returned the faulty machine and bought a second one. This one was great for about two weeks. Whilst it was working, we observed a number of benefits vs the Latissima Touch: 1. The self-cleaning is much easier. You just turn the nozzle, and then it does the cleaning without having to hold the button down. 2. The drip tray design is much improved. The Touch used to collect a lot of liquid in the same container as the used coffee pods. But with the Gran, the liquid falls into a second compartment below the used pods compartment. This is a great improvement. But now the bad... After two weeks of working, it developed the same issue as the first. The milk container stopped dispensing milk. It simply steamed and the machine goes into its "overheat cycle". (Where two sets of buttons flash alternatively.) We tried a number of things, e.g. - Different milks (e.g. skimmed and semi-skimmed) - Dismanting and cleanign the milk unit in the dish washer. - Making sure all connections are secure. None of these have made a difference. Having since checked feedback on this machine, as well as reading Reddit threads, I see that this is a common issue with this machine, and there are no real solutions. So I've returned this machine, and we're going to buy a new Touch instead.

Needed a replacement after our old Nespresso machine finally retired. The different coffee options, including cappuccino, latte macchiato, flat white etc plus the hot milk and hot foam options are a big step up from our previous machine. Easy to set up, easy to clean. The milk tank is dishwasher safe (and recommended). The appearance is very high quality and is smart in our kitchen. The size doesn't take up too much room and the speed in which the temperature of the water and milk are ready is about 15 seconds. A great buy!

love this machine, still learning the in's and outs, but love the cappuccino, and latte buttons, very simple to use, and coffee is hot, some might not think its real hot, but for me personally the coffee is hot. also love the hot milk button, I brought some powdered chocolate, and tried the hot milk function out, oh my god, lovely and creamy yum. as i said love this machine.

Faccio una premessa,provengo dall'esperienza di due macchine da caffè, una a cialde la grimac Terry, un carro armato a parer mio per durevolezza e consistenza della stessa, dove l'erogatore è in ottone, fa un caffè paragonabile a quello del bar come cremosità ma come sapore lascia a desiderare,ovviamente bisogna azzeccare la cialda giusta, molto semplice nel suo stile, è nata per fare solo il caffè e stop! Una macchina a capsule nonché la Lavazza a modo mio, ne ho provate di capsule a centinaia, devo dire mai nessun problema, anche con capsule compatibili, ma non sono mai e dico mai riuscito ad abituare il mio palato al suo caffè, era sempre annacquato e mai del gusto che volevo, poi spulciando così qua e là mi sono imbattuto nella Nespresso in questione, ma ero scettico perché anche questa funziona a capsule, per i miei gusti la cialda giusta abbinata ad una buona macchina fa si di avere a casa il caffè del bar, mah, questa Nespresso mi ha sorpreso, arrivata due giorni fa la collaudo subito con le capsule in dotazione, anche se molti lamentano della qualità del caffè delle capsule originali Nespresso, io posso confermare che per il mio palato le Nespresso fanno il caffè tipo annacquato, come la Lavazza a modo mio, ho subito preso qualche capsula compatibile della Borbone, e ho collaudato queste, be, devo ricredermi, per quelle poche che ho provato come gusto, ma questo è soggettivo mi sono piaciute molto la blu e la nera, come cremosità e gusto, anche la rossa non è male, ma la strada del collaudo è lunga, quindi posso dire che il caffè è ottimo tanto quanto quello del bar, passiamo all'erogatore latte, li tanto ma davvero tanto stupore al primo cappuccino o latte macchiato che sia, la crema di latte misto a schiuma è davvero assurda, va oltre ogni mia aspettativa, non fa solo schiuma che si affloscia dopo pochi istanti, ma fa uscire il latte cremoso e schiumoso tipo lucido come quello del bar, che vi fa venire l'acquolina in bocca appena lo vedrete uscire,e che dura nel tempo senza sparire, sono davvero molto felice dell'acquisto fatto, ne vale davvero la pena! La macchina nel suo complesso è ben rifinita nei dettagli, compatta, rumorosa si ma non troppa, ne ho sentite di più rumorose, ha il vano porta capsule usate capiente, credo c'è ne stiano una dozzina, ha un comodo rialzo per tazzine da caffè,ho scelto la gran lattissima proprio per quantità di latte che può contenere e per i 9 programmi, così suddivisi, 3 sono dedicati al caffè, 3 sono dedicati alle benzande miste caffè/latte con schiuma, e 3 sono dedicati a bevande calde ma senza schiuma, e la cosa molto bella che vi anticipo qui, se le quantità delle bevande selezionate non è di vostro gradimento perché troppo poche o troppe, queste si possono personalizzare,basta selezionare la bevanda scelta e tenerla premura per 3 secondi, senza togliere il dito, quest'ultima lampeggerà e comincerà a erogare la bevanda scelta, quando riterrete che la quantità che è uscita è quella giusta, basta sollevare il dito e la macchina memorizzerà il tutto! Questo è fattibile tutte le volte che volete e su tutte le bevande,poi per settarla all'origiale c'è da fare una procedura diversa ma questo lo lascerò fare a voi! Comunque per la pulizia ad ogni uso bevanda a base di latte che farete la macchina si imposta su pulizia, basta mettere Sutto l'erogatore del latte un bicchiere e ruotare il pomello sul contenitore del latte in direzione pulizia e lei fa tutto da sola, una volta finito ruotare in modalità bevande e torna operativa! Il contenitore del latte, una volta finito di erogare ciò che volete, se rimane ancora latte potete estrarre il tutto e riporlo nel frigo, anche perché la macchina non riscalda il latte dentro il contenitore ma solo quello che esce sul momento! Comunque davvero una bella macchina! Un complimento ad Amazon per la puntualità della consegna!

La recomiendo para quienes tomen café con leche de forma constante, pues el echar la leche que quiera uno mismo es muy sencillo en este modelo, el cual la calienta y espuma correctamente. Muy recomendable.
