We prepare formula as we need it, so I cannot answer that question

Can it fit the comotomo baby bottles?

It should. It fits my popyum bottles and they look bigger than the comotomo bottles. But I’m just judging based off of the pic

Can I wash this in the washing machine?

It is recommended to hand wash, then air dry, machine wash please put a laundry bag,the fabric is waterproof and easy to clean.
