My rosacea not only affects the skin on my face, but also gives me itchy eyes and dry lips. After a few days of drinking a dessertspoon of this oil twice a day, my rosacea has improved unbelievably! I am no longer getting daily breakouts on my face, the facial redness had reduced, my eyes aren't as itchy and the skin on my lips is no longer dry (I also use hypromellose drops daily for my eyes, Vaseline for my lips and Kalme products from SkinShop for my face). My skin seems plumper and has more of a glow since drinking Udos Choice Ultimate Oil Blend.
