I have a daily need to maintain good dental hygiene (as we all should have) but after having undergone significant implant surgery, oral cleanliness is essential.My earlier flosser was mains powered and relied on a socket in the bathroom – living in Spain where the safety laws are a little more relaxed than the UK, this was not a problem but moving back to the UK meant that I had to floss in the kitchen – not ideal and following an accident when the flosser fell into a sink of water left me … well let’s say shocked !Of course, even with my mains flosser, I still needed a portable option and I worked my way through a few battery powered ones. None were that good - non-rechargeable battery units became expensive and all of them failed due to ingress of water … some only lasted a few weeks. Bathrooms, water and mouth cleaning makes for a pretty hostile environment for sensitive electronic devices !I have been using this Olasom flosser twice a day since January. It has been fully charged only once in that time and, so far, I have only praise for its design, ruggedness and convenience. The carry case is an attractive extra too. Only time will tell how it stands up to service and water ingress but at the moment it is the best portable flosser that I have used.

Brilliant product, compact and powerful. A previous review had marked this down, due to gums bleeding. But this is normal until you get use to it ( see other reviews). Teeth and mouth feel super clean after use. You do need to remember to close your mouth and let some water out from side of mouth..(again something you get used to). Can be used upside down given the weighted end of pipe. 300ml is enough water to go around top and bottom gums/teeth, inside and out, once. I paid more for this product because I liked the design, colour and the compact size. It works really well and it's very powerful. Dont be put of by small number of reviews..its definitely a winner and as you can get the 2 year warranty ( you can't get this with another product selling for £24.99) it makes it all the more a bargain.

I have used this item for 6 months. Last night I charged it as normal and the battery started to pour smoke! Good job I was there to notice and immediately unplugged it and made sure everything was safe. This would have burst into flames and caused severe damage if I had not been around. Please do NOT purchase this item. Cheap rubbish.

Bought this for portability reasons but disappointed. Needed smaller and lighter irrigator to bring on trips. I already have normal irrigator at home. This one is way too bulky and very heavy. It's not suitable if you are buying it to reduce the luggage weight when coming on trips. Weight is 376g vs 265g for the irrigator I already have - see size comparison pictures

A bit cumbersome for everyday at home, leaving it fitted together ready for use means it is too heavy & liable to topple over so don’t leave to where it might fall & get cracked. But great action

I have other water flosser before, they tend to be bulky and odd shape, which is fine for home used. Bought this new one so it is easier to travel because it came with a travel case. Took it on a trip recently, very happy with it. Also used it for a month, haven’t needed to charge it yet.

This is the third time I have bought this item because initially I really feel its got the best speed and cleans well but my first one has died on the charging after 3 months...second everything stuck inside the ball fell off and stuckThis 3rd one ...the heads go round and round and a piece of plastic covering a spring in the chamber fell off immediately on opening the new one.....here's what I've liked in the pastI like the way it folds up and the way you can clean the whole chamber for water etc however the heads just keep revolving around and its impossible to direct the water because you have to keep turning the entire machine to catch up with the moving head ! I will be asking for a replacement yet again sad because I do think this company are trying to make a good flosser I need one only because I have full implanted teeth so its a vital itemThe ball at the bottom has fallen into the well which is for travel purposes and the head is stuck in the travel well too and yet and yet when this item works its truly wonderful in the force of water...this is the 3rd and last time of buying this flosser ..pity because I think with a little care it could be made better..put these items right......

I like that it was in its own case, organised well with other tops for water flossing (for your tongue, for example). very nice to use for travelling, although the size is quite big, but then on another side a big size has its own convenience in terms of the amount of water you can use - I would take it in the luggage because the case is very sturdy, but probably would take a bit too much space in a hand luggage for an airplane. Overall, 5 stars!
