I literally tried five other braces and this one is the most snug and comfortable. You can adjust the three straps to make it as tight or loose as you want. The best thing is the long middle strap which tightens right around my wrist where it is most needed. Although it takes a little more time to adjust the three straps, versus those that have one or two, it is totally worth it for a firm brace that keeps my wrist from moving. The material is very soft and the slippery inner lining feels nice against my skin. The Velcro straps hold strong. I haven’t tried the hot/cold pack but will probably use it warm during the cold months when things ache more from the cold. I like this brace so much I ordered a second one to have a back up when this gets washed.
