What are the trigger words on Alexa do get the mount to go up and down?** A: You long press the mem1 or mem2 button for about 3 seconds on the remote until you hear a beep. Please refer to our manual that you can download on our website. The mount was not designed to work with Alexa. **Q: Could you add a sound bar above the TV on the lift?** A: Possibly, depending on the TV size, dimensions, VESA pattern, VESA pattern placement measurement, soundbar dimensions, soundbar bracket etc. No easy answer. **Q: What is the size of the included 'top lid'? And, is there a media cabinet availalbe?** A: The "Top lid" I'm making as part of the cabinet I'm building, is 44" wide by 12" deep. I don't know if there is a media cabinet available as I'm taking the challenge of building a custom one for the lift and the TV, I want to install. It was easy to install, is strong enough to lift the 65" TV and lid of the cabinet, and has all the features you could want. I did have trouble with it not going up all the way. I called the support number and a guy in New Jersey answered right away and talked me through holding some buttons on the remote to reset the max height setting. Great support! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works great! Installed unit to studs.Has a nice plate on top to add a shelf. Routed the top board to match dresser's profile.I built side panels and stained all to match dresser. We did have to go to a frameless mirror, but looks great.Only issue, while testing up and down several times the motor would shut down and would have to wait 5 minutes or so to auto reset. Not a big deal when only cycling once and a while.I'll still look into a new motor from this company to see if it resolves this small issue. I'll update is results.Unit is very quiet.
