I love this stuff! I have it on auto every 2 weeks because I mix it with my water every day. I notice an energy boost, faster growing hair and nails as well as healthy looking, and a slight curb to my appetite.

And, I don’t mean that in a good way! Be careful which powder you buy. I accidentally bought the Raspberry/Lemonade thinking it was unflavored. That was my mistake. My next mistake was putting a scoop in my morning coffee! Again…OMG! That’s a sure way to ruin a good cup of coffee. Later I put a scoop in some sparkling water hoping it would taste sort of like the bottled Ice drinks…WRONG! I felt like I was trying to get down a colon prep! Every swallow caused a new round of wrenching. Realizing that I didn’t have to complete it because I had no procedure coming up tomorrow, I poured at least half down the sink. I will give the unflavored brand a try. However, $60 (for the 2 different flavors) is my limit. If it is disgusting too, I will write it off as a failed experiment and will not let it touch my lips again. I’ll just have to embrace my aging skin, nails, and hair. I will age gracefully…I hope! Added: Honest and fair company…The manufacturer offered me a full refund, but when I replied to their email, I got a message from Amazon stating that it could not be sent. Not the company’s fault! I think I have figured out what was wrong and will try again. Just wanting everyone to know that they do try to stand behind their product!

So this tasted good but and did make me feel less hungry. However, the big draw back was unlike others I have used this one gave me hormonal acne on my chin. Painful cystic acne. I stopped taking it and the acne immediately cleared up. Did some research and turns out some times this can happen to some people. I decided to go back to the other brand I was using that did not have this side effect. Not sure what was so different about this one and the one I normally use but this one was cheaper so I wanted to try but I'd rather not have acne and spend more.
