What do I extra for the installation

What if my holster has only one hole?

Try to drill one? Two holes will make the claw more stable and firm installed on the holster.

Does it fit the OWB holster?

The holster claw does not fit OWB holster. This product is to improve the concealment when you use IWB holster. So OWB does not need holster claw with it.

What does two different size of claws mean?

Two different claw pads have different thicknesses, you may choose one depending on how aggressive you want for the concealment. If you choose the thicker pad, the claw will force the pistol grip against your belly harder to get better concealment.
