ULTIMATE REPAIR Conditioner for Damaged Hair

I have fine, dense hair, meaning I have SO much hair, but each strand is a weakling. Herding cats, except the cats are anorexic and on fire. I resisted this conditioner forever because $32 for CONDITIONER felt unhinged. So I went on a journey. I tried roughly 525,000 other conditioners: keratin ones, rice water ones, one that smelled like a candle store had a breakdown. One promised "salon results" and gave me a Brillo pad instead. Humbled and broke, I crawled back to Wella Ultimate Repair. My hair is SOFT now. Unreasonably soft. It detangles like it wants me to succeed in life. Yes it's pricey, yes I'm emotionally and financially committed like it's a toxic ex I keep taking back, but this time it's working out. 10/10, buying this until I am dust.

I love my new conditioner! Its texture is luxuriously creamy, making it easy to apply and distribute through my hair. The more I use it, the more I notice an improvement in the overall softness and manageability of my hair. What I enjoy a lot about this conditioner is its subtle scent – a pleasant and delicate blend that is not overpowering. I absolutely don't like strong scented products so this conditioner is definitely a winner for me. It leaves my hair fresh and clean, without overloading it with strong scent. Based on my experience, the formula seems to address my concerns such as dryness well enough. My hair feels nourished and looks noticeably shinier after each use. I appreciate that it doesn't weigh my hair down or leave any residue, providing a lightweight experience. I'm not a fan of bottles with pumps and really happy that it comes in a squeeze bottle that makes it so easy to control the amount of product dispensed, ensuring I can use the right amount I need. Overall, I like this conditioner and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new one for themselves.

I have reasonably long hair, about waist length. It's also 4c so it can be a bit much to handle and control. Because I have hair that is naturally dry, I exclusively use products that are either moisture rich or for damaged hair. I have found that this has helped my hair tremendously. I already have a hair routine, so I decided to swap this out instead of my regular deep conditioner/ O found it to have excellent consistency. It's thick, so it wouldn't work well at all for combing out hair. It's thick enough that it will cost the hair and sit, not run. I just pop a shower cap on my head and leave it for a bit. Sometimes I sit under my hair heater (it's not quite a dryer, it's just for deep treatments). For this, you only need to have it on for about 30 seconds but I like to go the extra mile. I found the scent to be pleasant though I can see how others would not be a fan. For me, it is pleasant enough. Overall, it is very good. I am happy with it enough to add it to my regimen. I also put about a tablespoon of it in my homemade hair moisturizer (which is basically a conglomeration of all my favorite products loosened with some Infusium23 or aloe vera juice to a consistency that can be sprayed on my hair at night. Hair is strong and so far worth the price. Also worth mentioning, there are no animal derived ingredients in this!

Best product I've ever used on my hair...Hair is always soft and shiny after using it.

I have been using this conditioner for the past week. I leave it in my hair for at least 3 minutes while washing myself in the bathtub so that it has time to repair my hair. I like the perfumey scent it has, but it's not too strong. I definitely don't notice the scent after my hair dries. I have very knotty hair so I like that this conditioner helps my hair to detangle when I comb it wet. After my hair dried, it looked shiny and felt soft. It is good for winter when the air is dry and my hair gets static-y. I have slightly oily hair but this conditioner did not make my hair look greasy or flat. It looked full of body when I styled it with curlers. I wish this conditioner had a strong enough scent to stay in my hair when dry though. I think it's making my hair healthier, but I don't think I could afford the price for how much you get.

I implemented the 3 step hair care routine using the Ultimate Repair Shampoo, Conditioner, and the Miracle Hair Rescue Leave-in Treatment. I started using the spray leave-in treatment 2x a week, but now down to once a week. You can use the leave-in treatment as needed depending on the severity of your damaged hair. It is also great for detangling. The Wella product line was a game changer for me. I have long hair that I highlight at least 2x a year and curl or straighten. Over time, my hair does tend to appear dull, feels dry, and brittle which makes it more difficult to style and manage. Especially in those winter months. This product line strengthened my hair, made it smoother, shinier, softer and more manageable. I find myself styling my hair more instead of just putting it up in a pony tail. Some other important attributes about the Wella product line - they have a nice, fresh scent, they are safe for color-treated hair, and these products are formulated without animal derived ingredients. The bottles may appear smaller than what you may be used to, but they are mighty and will get the job done. Definitely recommend!

As someone with 2b/2c wavy hair, the experience was delightful. The experience of using conditioner along with nice, fresh fruity scent added was a luxurious experience to my routine. Given Wella's reputation as a salon brand, the product's feel lived up to my previous expectations. Although this conditioner feels very rich when you squeeze it out of the tube, the conditioner felt surprisingly light after applying it on my wet hair after shampooing. It distributed seamlessly through my waves, providing deep moisurizing without weighing my hair down. I noticed how it made combing through and detangling my hair easier, and my waves/curls looked less frizzy after. I appreciate that the ULTIMATE REPAIR Conditioner caters to all hair types, including my 2b/2c waves. Its AHA and Omega 9 key ingredients and the absence of parabens make it a great choice for people looking to intentionally care for damaged hair. The conditioner's ability to enhance manageability and reduce frizz makes it a standout product in achieving nourished, repaired, and beautiful locks.
