Furniwell Massage Recliner Chair for Living Room PU Leather Reclining Chair

I’m not rlly picky with things I get from Macon BUT the chair was missing the plug & it’s not the best quality- didn’t stay in reclined position whe I used it & it doesn’t really hold my weight well (in 125) The customer service is extremely poor- I brought up my concerns immediately after receiving the item & they responded with generic messages that didn’t address the issues at all. After going back & forth trying to get the missing plug etc they told me it’s been over 30 days so they basically cant help- ridiculous considering I contacted them 1 day after receiving the chair & multiple times BEFORE the 30 days were up.Just buy a recliner at a furniture store and spend the extra $$Save yourself the headache

I have been shopping everything from Amazon since many years ago, from books, computer monitors, to household grocey stuff, as it is simply, so easy! but it is my first time to buy a bulky stuff, like this one. Especially, I live in a high-rise building, I was a little bit concerned about the delivery and how to assemble it by myself. I compared quite a few products and read through all the reviews. I tried to be brave, made the order and wished me the best luck!It turned out to be one of the best purchases that I have made over the years.First of all, it was shipped very fast and delivered right outside my apartment door per my instructions.Second, it is extremely easy to put it together, even for an unhandy girl like me. it took me 5 minutes to read and understand the instructions, then 5 mins to put it together, 5 mins to clean it up with hand sanitizer (as we are still in pandemic, and the box seems to be opened before it was shipped, perhaps a returned product)Third, the quality of the chair is simply a wonderful surprise to me. The surface material looks not only descent, but soft, feel nice to touch it. I tried different sitting modes and love them all. The chair supports both my lower back and my head & neck simply perfectly. The overall weight is on the low side, comparing to a classic country style recliner chair, as I can move it around in my apartment relatively easily. I am extremely happy with this purchase and hope it can last long.1) Some people mentioned about the length and size restriction. I am 5' 3 and less than 110 pounds, it does fit me perfectly and feel very roomy, though it also fits my friend who is 6' 3 and 170 pounds.2) Regarding massage feature, it actually has quite cute massage function. but it really depends your expectations. I am familiar with the features & weight of a $3000 recliner massage chair, my exception to this one is very different, especially considering its price and weight & size.In sum, I am very happy and thankful. And hope to see more and more products like this one.

Good chair a bit smaller than expected. Massage feature is only for the back but its okay, the plus side is that its not noisy when its on. The recline is nice and comfortable, pretty stable all around, no real flimsyness anywhere. I would recommend a cover for the chair or something to cover the upper and lower pads, because the leather looks easy to wear out after so many uses. The price is fair in my opinion for a nice looking chair.

This chair is super comfy, butttt it's more for children. The recline isn't as far as I was hoping the pictures made it look like 3 sitting options and I was hoping to use this for the full lay down. I am only 5' 4" and I fit but my legs touch both arms so anyone bigger wouldn't be able to fit. This is a 5 Star for a child's chair. In the pics I had my 3 year old and 9 year old sit in it and you can see they fit perfectly. Also this is not a massage chair at all! This chair barley vibrates. When your sitting in it with the vibration to the fullest it barley tickles your sides and the vibration plates are already visible and indented into the chair and we each sat in it one time to test it out. Which my kiddo only weighs 60 lbs so this would not last long before it ripped through or got worn out. I hate to send it back but it is bot exactly as advertised and way to small.

LOVE THIS RECLINER!!!! My son and used to go to the movies a lot before the pandemic. I wanted to buy a recliner that could replicate that feeling that the theaters gave us. I ordered a different recliner that never showed up then purchased this one as a result. I’m so happy the other never made it because this recliner is absolutely perfect!!! I was so surprised when it arrived because it showed up a week and a half early. I had a busy day running errands and working on a few projects around the house so by the time I got to putting It together I almost waited until the next day. I ultimately decided to assemble the recliner later that evening and it was an easy assemble. 4 steps and it was finished!!! I washed up and sat in the recliner and I instantly loved it. I’m 5’9, 170ibs and it’s amazingly comfortable. As of now, when my son and I watch movies he’ll lay on top of me but is now wanting one of his own. The only issue is my son is 5yrs old and I’m debating on getting him a toddler sized one or the exact same figuring he’ll grow into it soon. For the cost, the early arrival, comfort and size...it scores the highest level rating allowed!!! If you’re thinking about a recliner I’ll highly recommend this one to everybody. Oh and the massage feature, that’s just icing on the cake!!!
