The best you will never buy anything else
Get this nowwwww I’ve used other stuff but all else failed me. I needed something sure too work and I found a cure for my rental property. I used Advion alone with this product get that the same time you purchase Gentrol and read instructions. Very easy to use and effective as soon as the application was applied. I pulled up nozzle and began to spray. Spray comes with gloves so hands are protected, spray needle already attached for cracks and dark places where bugs especially roaches like to hide. This stuff is worth every dime spent to kill those critters. I used everywhere I could think to put it. No odor or staines left behind. Best hands down get this now and treat your area if your deal with critters.

Excellent for RV Sewer Gnats/Flies
ATTN RVers: This is the best spray ever for sewer flies/gnats! I needed flexible tubing (not provided) to not have to hold the can upside down to spray down my drains. I was able to order a size that fit the nozzle on Amazon. Now my RV will be sewer fly/gnat free this coming summer. I've already managed to get it down the drain with the can mostly in an upright position and so far it has worked magic in my gray tank. That's where I think they hatch or whatever. They start appearing inside as soon as it warms up. My shower is the only non-covered drain they can fly up and into my RV. I plan to spray every other day for 2-3 weeks to conquer all stages of their life cycle. So far, I'm amazed with how few there are. Not quite zero yet but I'm getting there. Excellent product!!

Great Product, some tips on how to maximize effectiveness
Used along cabinetry cracks, behind refrigerator, and in their hotspots. Very effective. Doesn't kill them immediately but it sure confuses them and definitely alters their body plan by destroying the wings of the adults. For those who don't know this is essentially birth control for roaches. This in combination with a plan that involves sealing passageways, removing food and water sources, applying insecticides like Alpine WSG, and just generally keeping a clean home, will solve your problem. Get yourself some on contact kill solution like Raid, attack the nests, clean up the dead bodies, and apply the Gentrol. You want to physically remove as many as possible before you apply pesticides. If you rent your landlord probably doesnt want to pay for real pest control. If you go to them your subject to home inspections and to them blaming you for what is likely a structural problem they dont want to pay to fix. If you're not ready to move or fight your way out of a lease, then you can do it yourself with the same stuff the pros use. And no, treating the problem rarely makes it worse. You're going to be driving the roaches out of hiding which may make it seem worse. The worst thing you can do is ignore the problem. I know its gross. But glove up and dive in because it doesnt get better by ignoring it!! Do your reasearch and always follow the label. One can is enough for I think 1200 or 1600 sq ft. Ps if you have an old refrigerator that you cant afford to replace, buy some 200 mesh (or .5mm) and seal the exposed parts off AFTER you have largely exterminated the problem. Stick traps are your friend. So is boric acid. Boric acid shouldnt make other treatments less effective so long as you wait for treatments to dry before adding new ones. Basically dont throw acid powder onto wet gentrol.

Effective yet goes out fast.
This stuff works. Not right away but after a few weeks you will notice the roaches wings are deformed which means they are now sterile & can’t reproduce. This works great with Advion gel bait. The spray is more effective than the discs, but it’s barely enough for a small 1 bedroom apartment. Get at least 2 bottles.

Works well
So I’m not sure what kind of roaches are in my house but after other products I purchased this and advion bait traps and noticed a huge reduction in the amount of roaches I see. It does not instantly kill them nor does it advertise that it does but as the roaches travel through the area sprayed it slowly begins killing them. I find them randomly struggling to crawl or dead and it’s to the point now that all I see is babies. It’s been a month since I sprayed and this is everything I’ve observed. Price is reasonable and the spray straw makes it perfect and easy to use. Ordering my second can after this review to knock the babies out.

Really good stuff
I have a terrible German roach infestation. I don't know how because I'm very diligent about cleanliness. These were so bad that when I turned the light on at night, they would scatter by the dozens. Floors, counters, everywhere. I tried many different products such as traps, baits, foggers. Nothing worked. I bought this stuff along with Alpine wsg. I vacuumed, washed everything and then sprayed. First the Alpine and then the gentrol. It has been four days and so far I have not seen very many roaches. I'm hoping that the few that are left will be eliminated through the treatment. It has definitely made a huge difference and I'm going to buy more to keep on hand. Update: I still have my roach problem, but not as bad. I just did another full treatment with the Alpine wsg and gentrol plus deep cleaning. I'm hoping this will get rid of what is left. I have definitely noticed a decrease since the first treatment.
