I was a little hesitant about buying this product for use on my OnePlus 6, having read a several reviews claiming that it was unsuitable / totally useless for smartphone glass. As I didn't want to risk damaging the glass on my new OnePlus 6 (which, annoyingly, came with two very small light scratches and one slightly deeper scratch underneath the factory installed screen protector), I tested it first on a Motorola G5 Plus provided by my employer. Unfortunately it didn't seem to have much effect on removing the medium depth scratches on the G5 Plus, but neither did it damage the screen in any discernible way, so I thought I'd give it a go on the OnePlus 6. As stated in the instructions that comes with the product, it can require a few applications to remove the scratch, but after applying the first application I noticed a significant lessening of the lighter scratches and after about 3 applications they were gone entirely. I couldn't completely remove the slightly deeper scratch, but I did manage to lessen it so it now looks like a tiny divot in the glass rather than a scratch. I'm not sure why it didn't work on the Motorola G5 Plus, but I bought it specifically to remove the scratches on the OnePlus 6, so it did exactly what I wanted it to do. I'm not sure it necessarily represents good value for money as the amount of repair and finishing paste you get is pretty small, but it was sufficient for my purposes (although I did accidentally use way too much on the first application). Overall though I'm really pleased as my OnePlus 6 screen now looks almost perfect (and is now fully protected by a new screen protector). The product may not work on all mobile phone screens dependant on the glass type, but it worked on mine so I'm happy.

The instructions were average at best. So I had to scan a qr code and found the video. Lots of upbeat music and CGI to turn you on as a user. I was excited about the product; indeed I felt engorged and hotly anticipated the euphoria of filling the crack I had and moving in smooth and broad chested. Alas I was left deflated, rubbing furiously like an 80s child playing Daley Thompson’s Decathalon. I had RSI from the prescribed 3 minutes of furious digital trapping. Up, down, in, out. I would put Ron Jeremy to shameful embarrassment with my gyroscopic multi dimensional wrist action trying to rub clean my screen. Sadly - all I did was rub dirty brown goo into the crack. I did it repeatedly - 6 times no less and the mess I made, always followed by a wad of tissue paper was shocking. I did it whilst at the kitchen island as my wife made fajitas on night one, over the same area as we steamed mussels on night two. It was embarrassing as my fingers already smelt of fishy molluscs on night two, and the cheese from the right Mexican wrap on night one exacerbated my reddening face and moisture mottled brow throughout. All in all, one star. I’m knackered with this. It doesn’t work and all I have is a dirty smeared screen and a wet finger. Don’t buy

My beloved Smiths Everest PRS25 received a scratch as I passed a concrete wall. 2-3mm long and could be felt by fingernail. The glass is supposed to be sapphire but the scratch was there. Read up and watch YouTube for some sort of repair. A new glass would be expensive and time consuming. Long story short does not work UNLESS you use a rotary tool to do the rubbing. I bought a rotary tool (not Dremel) the same time I bought this product. £20 with accessories and a variable speed. First spent half an hour with the stick and paper. Nothing nada zip. Then used the rotary tool with a felt wheel and the Polyglass compound very very gently. 2x30 seconds and scratch completely gone! . Appearance is faultless. So pleased. Final tip don’t use the plunger with the syringes. Just get a hair grip or needle put it up into the syringe and cover a cm with the compound then gently wipe onto the watch glass. Repeat until it covers the area. Loads left. Good luck!!

I badly scraped the screen of my series 4 Apple Watch (aluminium body, so I have the ion X glass). The face was pushed flat against a rough, stone-tiled floor while I was playing with my dog. The damage was bad, with multiple scratches and scuffs that were easily felt as well as seen. Overall a very challenging case for this product. It sort of works. Most of the scuffs are still easily visible, and something like this is simply not going to take enough glass off the screen to flatten out a scratch that can be felt. However, the screen feels much smoother overall: the product has sort of taken away the rough edges around the scrapes. Also the scrapes are not as painful on the eye as they were before. I would say it's reduced the visibility by 30-40%. I think I will manage to keep wearing the watch now, whereas before it just looked awful. The value for money is appalling. The syringes you see in the product photos are about 1/3 full at the most. The package says it's enough for 15-20 applications. It's not. I got 5 applications at a push, covering about half an Apple Watch screen at a time. Even if an application was supposed to be for a much smaller area, it is not possible (at least for me) to be delicate enough with the syringes to dispense such small amounts. I'm glad I had a go with this, but it is no magic solution to a badly damaged screen and you really should get more for your money.

I have gotten a Apple Watch series 9 as a present and not even two months in and I have unfortunately scratched it. It was quite a deep scratch as I could feel it with my fingernail. Needless to say, I was absolutely gutted, and did not want to get a new screen fitted or anything like that. Instructions that come with this kit are not the best, but after reading some of the other reviews, I managed to figure out what I need to do. Use the white solution with the white cloth and the red solution with the red cloth. I did not have a Dremel but I used my electric nail file with a wool felt tip that I ordered separately, so that’s why I say it’s not cheap. I did do it initially without the Dremel, but the results were not the same although it did improve the appearance of the scratch. After having used the solution with the Dremel, it’s like the screen was never scratched to begin with, but rather has a tiny defect, which is hardly noticeable and only when you move the watch around. It’s hard to capture it on camera but honestly I am so impressed with this product as for me it definitely worked wonders and I can no longer see the scratch when I’m using the watch. As for the amount that comes with a product, it’s definitely very little as well. I have managed to use it all on just a tiny scratch, but I have gone in about four or five times at a minimum over the same scratch to fix it. Hope this helps someone.

Probably works great on a watch. I wish I had listened to the review it ruined my iPad and now has a large smudge / shadow on the screen. Luckily it still works but the screen now has this massive mark and to make it worse the scratch is still there! Please do not use on your touch screen devices!

I had seen this product advertised and reviewed elsewhere, so when I saw the somewhat low Amazon reviews, I was puzzled. SO - this takes TIME. Firstly - be careful when injecting the fluid out of the syringe - very slowly and carefully press the plunger. The kit suggests setting a three minute timer on your phone - do that, as three minutes of intense rubbing takes WAY longer than you'd think. Then - be prepared to repeat step one. I think it took me four passes before I was happy. After each session, clean the watch face (I used alcohol wipes) then dry with a spectacle cloth. Take a good look, and if you're not happy - go again! After the last time, when you're finally happy, go on to step two and re-polish the watch face. I'm attaching before, during and after pictures to show what can be achieved with patience. Finally - if you're going to use this to try and de-scratch a phone screen... Remember that they are engineered with super tough glass. It will take AGES and multiple passes to get a result!

After purchasing this and using it on a Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 . I can say it has done a good job in removing the scratch, but has also removed what I can only assume is the anti glare layer. It's pretty much ruined the watch face now and using the product in the areas that wasn't scratched to try and blend it in just doesn't work. The screen is now ultra shiny and I'm completely gutted what it has done. I will not use this again on anything that may have other glass layers and a clear warning should be given.

I gave it a shot, and it made the Sapphire Crystal look new again in just around 15 minutes process at home. Before spending big on a new sapphire crystal, I recommend trying this first. Thank you for this incredible product!

J'ai vu plusieurs commentaires très négatifs, donc j'ai testé le produit par moi-même sur ma Breitling dont j'ai vraiment abimé le verre, rayures moitié profondes + éclats ; devis changement de verre + étanchéité chez le fabricant = + 1000 €.... donc essai à 15 € ! J'ai donc procédé comme sur la notice environ 3 heures avec le bâtonnet. Du mieux mais pas encore le résultat espéré, on éradique les éclats mais pas la profondeur des rayures ... Eclair de génie du dimanche matin, je tente le coup avec ma mini-meule sans fil avec le tampon doux pendant 1h30 sous plusieurs angles. Résultat 80 % des dégâts supprimés, il n'y a plus que moi qui le vois. Donc le produit est top, le verre est resté parfaitement transparent mais les mauvaises notes ont du être attribuées par certains qui croyaient qu'un verre minéral allait être poli en 3 mn.... Very bad product, wasted money, not removing scratches

Pues eso: funciona. Probado en un Apple Watch series 4. La pantalla mostraba unos cuantos roces y un rasguño de profundidad media, de las que se notan al pasar el dedo por encima. Mano de santo. Ahora sí, paciencia. Para los roces, bastan unos minutos. En cambio, para el rasguño tuve que pasarme una hora, hora y cuarto. Al principio parece que no haga efecto. Pero, como dice el refrán, quien la persigue la consigue. Eso sí, hay que seguir las instrucciones al pie de la letra, cogiendo el mango por arriba para hacer la suficiente presión. Tenía el reparo de si la pantalla mantendría su sensibilidad inicial. Ningún problema. Al final, como nuevo.

Purtroppo mi sono reso conto di aver creato una riga nello schermo che alla luce del sole si vedeva. Al posto di comprare una pellicola per mascherarla mi sono messo alla ricerca di un prodotto che funzionasse, che togliesse le righe dal vetro insomma. Ho provato questo prodotto seguendo il video istruzioni e sono rimasto a dir poco stupito, la riga è stata totalmente eliminata rendendo il vetro di nuovo lucido e uniforme. Purtroppo l'effetto contro è che questo processo toglie il trattamento oleofobico del vetro, quindi se si vuole ripristinare bisogna nuovamente farlo ma può essere tolto inserendo una semplice pellicola anche per prevenire di rigarlo nuovamente in futuro. Ho provato solo su questo tipo di vetro (Gorilla Glass) ma immagino che funzioni anche sugli altri tipi.
