Excellent toaster grill. Perfect for one off lunches like grilled tomatoes on toast, or grilled cheese or beans etc. The toaster takes crumpets no bother. The grill is perfect for croisants. It saves a lot of electricity, I used to use the grill in the oven for all the above, which is overkill for small amounts. I love it. It is a touch expensive but it will save us a lot. Great size, it isn't any larger than my old toaster, so it sits on the bench all the time. So easy to use,so quick. Did I mention I love it!

I have had a no-brand Toast and Grill device (bought in another country) for many, many years that was sadly not working properly anymore. Having searched high and low for a replacement, this Tefal product seemed to be the only option in the UK. It differs a lot from my old product, though. Mostly, it is much, much stronger! The oven part can go up to 210 degrees and I almost burned my yesterday’s bread rolls that I just wanted to toast a bit. Also, the toaster does not need to be turned all the way up just to add a little crispiness to a stale slice of bread. The device get’s quite hot in the process, so it needs a free enough spot in the kitchen. However, I think I can do much more with this new thing than with the old one, which eventually would produce a decent grilled cheese sandwich if you gave it enough time. In comparison, the Tefal feels more like a proper oven, and I look forward to many more grilled treats coming out of it. An added bonus for me is the European mainland plug the device comes with (with an UK adapter included). All of my electrical kitchen appliances were bought outside of the UK and the Tefal fits right in.

If my feed-back appears elsewhere (in my name) with anything other than 4 stars then these are erroneous. . This is the 2nd Tefal TOAST & GRILL I have purchased (first lasted about 7 years) as I found it fits an exact niche position in the kitchen: very good if you are struggling for space and do not want or need a "full-scale" mini-oven, which mostly, do not have a toasting function. Quite simply it is not a min-oven BUT it does what the name implies and it does it very well. It toasts and grills in one unit. If you do not need or want a small grill then this is not for you. If however you need a small space saving toaster/grill for small meals or (thin) snacks to avoid putting on your full-size oven) then this fits the bill quite nicely. It not only saves money but it is faster with virtually no heat up time. The only reason I do not give it 5 stars is that it is quite expensive for what it is; also, had the grill cavity been a little higher (only) - say 50mm (2") then it would have been useful for "browning off" small microwave items. NB: this one had to be sourced from Sotel Electrics which to my surprise, came from Germany.

Well erm iv it a few days only but i think I v it before and honestly for me and my disabilities this toaster well out does every other toaster, i love the window so can see if stuff gets stuck inside which it doesn’t last one just died after high usage lol. Also love cheese on toast using this and try other things it’s really helpful basically bit expensive but i barely use oven so it’s more needed.

I have had one of these units for 10 years, it has been used on a daily basis. The new one recently purchased is very similar in operation, size and design. However the operating buttons are of poor quality and I do not expect them to last for more than a couple of years. Otherwise the unit performs well, makes good toast and the grill unit is an added bonus

Sorry Tefal - this product not up to your usual standard: both the grill and the toaster cook very unevenly, it has a very tinny feel to it and the grill/oven in particular is unsatisfactory. I the toast got caught in the slot and was difficult to remove.

This is the second model we’ve had. We were so happy with the first one we bought another one. I would highly recommend this product.

I’m coeliac so great to heat up my bread and things like mince pies I had in the freezer since Christmas . Makes GF bread /cakes etc sooo much more palatable to eat.

Il est génial, comme grille pain mais surtout le petit four . Pour réchauffé une part de pizza ou bien in croissant pour le petit déjeuner c est parfait. Je le recommande vivement.
