Review: WONDERFUL - I tried some right out of the jar and they were pretty toasty and the oil carries the heat but really liked the flavor....HOWEVER, cooking them in, the flavor is wonderful and the heat very mild. The flavor carried on my tongue and made the green chilis in the beef,ham, and pinto beans taste even better. They brought the flavor out. I can stand a LOT of heat if there's flavor. I've watched enough Bobby Flay using them, I've been dying to try them. The seal was fine, the texture was fine, but I love the quality and this was a great deal compared to others, The simplicity of the recipe they use was also what attracted me to these. I'm now addicted. Even my wife who doesn't like too much spice/heat said they're great. I hope they keep these in this quantity at a fair price as it is now because I'm sold on getting these as long as they stay reasonably priced.

**Q: Arrived damaged and leaked oil everywhere. How do I get a refund. I took a picture and can post.**
A: This happened to me, too. I called the distributor. Received a credit and threw out the product.  Received a replacement.

**Q: Should they be refrigerated after opening?**
A: Probably a good idea although you could add a touch of vinegar to the unused portion to preserve.   I keep some in a tightly sealed small jar to use daily and it's fine but if you live in a hot or humid area better to refrigerate

**Q: Once opened, how long does this last?**
A: If you mean without going bad?  I opened it months and months ago and it is still good.  As long as you refrigerate it, it lasts a very long time.  Not sure of the exact expectancy though.

**Q: my recipe calls for calabria paste.  Where can I get it?**
A: This basically a paste use it to cook with all the time
