Flexible and Stable PTZ camera - lots of I/O to suit ( requirements were 30x | NDI | 1080p | PoE)
We added this PTZ camera to our live streaming set-up about 6-months ago. This review is just my personal opinion – spoiler, I really like it.I didn’t actually know what strength of zoom we needed for our size of church which is bit under 15m (48’) front to back. Could have been a 12x, 20x or 30x zoom, but I opted for the best I could afford in the budget I had, so thank you Black Friday. I’d been looking for a while and selected the FaMoKo 30x optical zoom, 1080p model with NDI support and AI tracking (FMK30UH NDI).We used it in NDI mode to go back to Mevo Multi-Cam Pro but have now switched over to OBS for streaming and still use a couple of Mevo Starts, also running NDI, as our left and right views. For control we simply use NDI Tools Studio Monitor with presets and the on-screen PTZ controls – its free and works. We switch scenes/cameras while moving the PTZ lens around and waiting for it to focus. My summary for you:• It’s a great piece of budget kit and been well worth the money.• Its been rock solid for 6-months now, no issues at all.• NDI has been completely stable.• Ethernet with PoE support perfect for us due to the camera’s location.• Its mounted on the back wall inverted (see photo) - all mounting h/w in the box.• Motors are silent, have never heard them.• Motion is fast and auto-focus is pretty quick, accurate and stable once locked on.• I’ve disabled digital zoom, as we don’t need even more magnification, could of got away with the 20x.

Great quality, amazing customer service
This camera is brilliant. The picture quality is excellent, the PTZ operations are smooth. I control the camera using a PTZ plugin on OBS, I'm able to set/recall presets as expected. The camera also has a HTTP API, which Ivan (from the manufacturer) shared the documentation with me. This means I can control the camera PTZ fucntions via an Elgato Stream Deck, making it very easy for anyone to control my stream (with minimal training). It's a great bit of kit, and Ivan has been very helpful and responsive over emails. Highly recommended, 5*, many thanks!

Good camera, less good remote control, dreadful manual.
The remote control sometimes a bit difficult in use, but the camera picture and movement very satisfactory. The camera manual is dreadful! It needs to be re-written by someone with a least some command of English language and idiom.

A brilliant camera from the best seller
From the outset this camera is superior. We live stream services and funerals each day and the seller was incredibly kind and helpful helping us with any issues we had. Happy to say it does exactly as it should and we cold it be happier. The price is the best on the market and delivery was fast and packed extremely well. I would not hesitate to recommend this camera and the seller.

Surprisingly easy to use
Very good product, easy set up and very easy to use. The auto tracking is great for the conference room for giving presentations. 20x zoom and great picture quality. It’s very good value for money 💰

Good quality image, plenty of output options and great control capability with accessories
This is a very good quality camera system that is ideal for streaming events, podcasts etc. The 20x optical zoom is impressive and you can connect, power and control the camera through ethernet (assuming your ethernet can support PoE).The included remote control allows you to move and zoom but it would be best to use the optional accessory that allows PTZ control for smooth panning and zooming. You can output video via usb, ethernet and HDMI so there are plenty of options and the base unit has a 1/4" thread that can be used to mount the camera on a tripod. This is a cost effective option for streaming and so far Im extremely impressed.

FoMaKo 4K PTZ Camera
This product was sent to me for review, as part of Amazon Vine. The following is my own real-world experience of using it.For clarity, I have an interest in all things camera-related, but have never used a PTZ setup, therefore, my review will be coming from a very novice angle.Firstly, the set is very comprehensive, including a number of cables that would allow you to use whichever video output method that suits you (though I did note that there was not a LAN cable - you'd have to supply one yourself). All of the components appear to be of good quality; the camera specifically has a robust feel, and a sleek finish, while its fairly compact size and weight would make it ideal for storing in a large camera bag, and travelling with.Though the user manual is well laid-out, some areas appeared to contradict each other, which made the setup process confusing. To test the camera, I had it hard-wired into my router, and wanted to connect to its video feed via my PC - the 'quick start' section of the guide recommends that you download FoMaKo's 'IP search tool', in order to find the device's address, but then, further along in the guide, it recommends that you use a different method. Honestly, the 'search tool' was no help at all; I could open the application, however, it didn't run, so I was not able to obtain the address that way. After a frustrating few minutes spent attempting that, I resorted to logging into my router's management system and finding the IP myself (which was successful).Once I had managed to get the camera up and running, I spent a good amount of time testing the AI tracking, and other features. In terms of image quality, I would say that it is fairly clear and sharp, even in low light situations. One point of note was that the autofocus seemed to struggle a little bit with poor lighting; if I moved into a particularly dark area, the lens would take a while to catch up - this does make me wonder how it might cope in a setting such as a church, where you might not have full control over the lighting in use. Other than that, the camera followed me around fairly well, with a nice smooth movement and a very quiet motor - no need to worry about potentially causing any disruption during an event. If you need to work some distance away from the device, the included remote is handy - I was easily able to control it from the other end of my (long) room. Unfortunately there were no batteries in the box (something I would have expected at this price point), but they're easy enough to replace, being AAA's.In summary, the FoMaKo is a very capable camera, which provides a plethora of options for recording and streaming, whether at home or work. There are some improvements to be made regarding the software access, however, I believe that it is generally a good value item.
