If you have sciatica, this might help you sleep.
This is way to sleep without putting pressure on the sciatic nerve, which runs through your pelvis and down the bottom part (posterior) of the muscles that make up your butt. So, you can lay on this, not on your back, and not have to contract muscles in your back to maintain that posture while you sleep. It's compact, easily transportable (you can compress it), and works extremely well. Very well made and durable.

Pictures are deceiving
I was very disappointed with this product. When I took the wedge pillow out of the box, it never fully inflated and remained flat, making it unusable. To make matters worse, it also arrived dirty, which is unacceptable for a new item. Definitely not the quality I expected.
