Love this organic, naturally sourced multivitamin! It is highly effective in increasing our energy levels and even a nagging cold and cough my husband had disappeared a day after taking it! The addition of iodine is great as many multivitamins do not have that. The pills are easy to swallow with no side effects either. The dosage is 4 pills per serving but I've found that 2 pills are sufficient to keep me in tip top shape!
