What form is this product? IE powder? How do you give this to your horse?

Yes it is a powder. Worked well on my mare, and will be buying more for spring season. You need to mix it with feed. Make sure your horse is hungry or they may not eat it 

How many scoops equals 2 oz? (seriously, how stupid to give directions in ounces then provide a scoop in tablespoons....)

According to the feeding directions I have on my 4lbs bucket of Remission it says: "Horses; 1 (one) ounce per day per 1000lbs body weight. For maintenance, 1/2 ounce per day per 1000lbs body weight. The enclosed scoop measure approximately 1/2 ounce."

Can this be given as a supplement for only hay feed horses? My previous foundered TWH is having a hard with winter.

I feed this with Horseshoer's Secret instead of grain. my vet and farrier say they never would know my horse foundered

How much do you feed a mini?

I broke it down by dry measure. Together my mini's weigh around 500 pounds, so they get 1/4 oz or 1 1/2 teaspoons a day together, or 3/4 teaspoons each 1X daily on 1 cup dry beet pulp,soaked to make sloppy and I add salt too.
