i have the full set, of this shampoo/conditioner and mask... whats the best order to use them??

As per the professionals that take good care of my hair: first you wash with shampoo. With the hair clean and still humid, you apply the mask and leave it for 15/20 minutes. Wash it off. Apply the conditioner and leave it for a couple of minutes. Wash it off and dry as you normally do it! :-) Hope to have helped!

Do you apply this after conditioner ? I have thin curly hair, will this work for me?

I, too, have fine curly hair. I spray this in my hair after rinsing out conditioner and getting out of shower. It helps to detangle, too! Good product!

Do you have to use heat for the product to work? Or can it air dry

No, I have used it without heat, and even when my hair is dry and still works
